“I find it VERY DISSAPOINTING that retail stores such as Publix, (and others), carry only two, or VERY rarely 3, of your 'flavors' of coffees. MOST of it is your 'White Christmas' flavor. (and you can keep that!)”

“Love your coffee and tea. However, your emails say to order $40.00 and it's free shipping. I order that much on line and it adds the shipping unless the total is over $60. Please correct this on line ordering issue.”

“Love the coffee but the delivery was ridiculous. I ordered 3 bags that never showed up after 1 month. I called the company and the bags were delivered 7-10 days later .”

“I have been using Barnie's coffee for many many years. However to date I find that Santa's White Christmas is not as tasty as it use to be sam ie goes for the Caramel coffee. I always feel there is always a way to improve quality.”

“The German Chocolate Cake coffee didn’t really have a flavor. But we still drink Barnie's coffee. We prefer natural flavored coffee. I think I’m over the flavored coffees. It’s really hard to find coffee that is naturally flavored, free trade, and organic. Barnie's Christmas coffee is delicious.”

“The Santa’s white Christmas is not as good as it use to be. The taste is more chemical like and I noticed the whole bean does not have that white coating on it like it use to. Just doesn’t taste quite the same.”

“I used to love Barnie's coffee when when there was a Barnie's store in our Mall in Naples FL. They had a cafe and it was great to stop and have coffee as well as buy all of my favorite ground coffees. Ever since they closed, I have only purchased one pound of Pumpkin Spice in the Fall and one of your Christmas flavors during the holidays occasionally. VCoffee is expensive enough and with your shipping charges, I might as well get my coffee OTC. Usually at Fresh Market. They have many good flavors..... I've gone to many of the grocery stores who claim to carry Barnies, but I can't find the flavors I want because their choices are very few. So I get my coffee OTC and it's just less expensive and more convenient.”

“I’ve been a Barnie’s coffee drinker for over twenty years. For some reason they discontinued Coffee Cake which is my and my guests favorite. While for some reason Santa’s White Christmas is a year long special. So I have tried to find a reasonable substitute. The German Chocolate Cake is fine but was thoroughly disappointed with how weak the Pumpkin Spice coffee is. It’s not tbe flavoring, but the bean itself. Bring back Coffee Cake!!!”

“The coffee is great as usual but the new bag seal (tape ) is garbage they need to go back to the old seals or have the new seals that Bones and New England have. Probably won't purchase any longer.”

“Offering a 25% discount after raising the cost 12%. Not much of a sale. I love the coffee that’s why I ordered but the sales discount is gimmicky. You can do better Barnie’s”

“I’m a big fan of Barnie’s coffee since I used to live in Florida. However, they must’ve changed some recipes ofI’my favorites “Rich roasted hazelnuts” and “Creamy buttery caramel”…? Both of them tasted and their signature aromatic scent are so different…I really liked previous versions and miss them so much. But, at least Barnie’s blend didn’t disappoint me! Hopefully Guatemala Gesha and Ethiopia whole beans are good.”

“I love Barnie's Coffee! However, my last purchase did not go well. I was mailed the wrong flavor of coffee. Contacted customer service. Was told to send back what I had received, and they would send out the original coffee I had ordered. I sent the coffee I had received in error back to Barnie's, but they never replaced my coffee. I waited and gave it some time to reach me, but had to contact customer service again only to find out they had never mailed my original order. They did make it right. I was sent 2 boxes of coffee, instead of 1. I know mistakes can happen. I would think a better effort would be made to correct a mistake in a customer's order.”
