“Good morning Although our project is well underway with a number of things still being carried out please see attached the lights on the front of our slipway into the Mordialloc Creek. We are hoping to have our project largely finished toward the end of November but this is a good sneak peak. We are very happy with the lights and your recommendations fantastic team will be in touch in the near future to find/your recommendation s for additional lights required for the pool house Regards Stewart Rose”

“I was very disappointed that I had not heard anything about my order until after a couple of weeks when I messaged to see what was going on. When the parcel finally arrived I did not get the light that I had ordered.”

G'Day Sharon, Once we received your negative review, I made a call to you on Sunday evening after reviewing that we had not received any email from you previously (as our helpdesk didn't provide an auto-reply/receipt) nor did we receive any text messages from you as we discussed. We do acknowledge that your order was late to despatch, and whilst it has been four weeks to this reply, I recall that you did receive the product ordered however required some assembly as all Barn Light "Sydney" products are despatched to protect the aluminium shade per your comment. Please let us know if you are otherwise unhappy with the product as we offer a 180 Day return policy, and free freight back should you be unhappy with your purchase. Kindest regards, Jesse-Lee Stringer Update: 14/11 Sharon has advised that she is happy with her light however [quote]Had I been aware of an expected delivery date I would not have become so concerned. I had no communication since my original order. I would have been happy to wait had I been informed of the progress of my order.[/quote]

“Christmas came early!! Was so excited to receive the parcel that held the beautiful barnlight…. Just can’t wait to have it installed…. Talk about spoilt there was also the fabulous Adore Home magazine which I thoroughly enjoyed reading whilst munching on the chocolate bar also included in the parcel…. What a treat… and a beautiful touch….thank you thank you…. Once light is hung will send a pic through…”

“We ordered our product online and cannot be happier with the end product. We had struggled for a long time time to find the right fit for the space, and it has turned out better than expectations. Our fitting is coloured 'Ironstone Colorbond' and the colour match to our gutter/roof is sublime.”

“We love the Old Dixie Gooseneck lights we've purchased from Barn Light Australia. Jesse and Mel were great to deal with and communicated well in each stage, from enquiry and helpful advice about the products and estimated time for production right down to delivery. The pricing is reasonable and love that they are a quality product, produced here in Australia. Would highly recommend Barn Light Australia and their lights to you.”

“Very happy with the lights, I have used them on a couple of projects now and they look fantastic. The quality is very good and I love the way the packaging is all paper and no plastic! The delivery was very quick.”

“Hi Jessieand Melinda, We purchased three of your barn lights so far as we renovate our dairy farm in South West Victoria. A beautiful quality product that gives a touch of class to our old girl dairy farm. My parents are building their retirement home in NSW and will be using the gooseneck lights on their new home. “The light is exactly what it looks like on the web. The quality is great and I can't wait for the electrician to fit it. Great Aussie made light. The service and speed that the light was delivered was excellent. When I rang to ask a question about the light the lady that answered my call was great exceptionally friendly and helpful. As a leader of a sales customer service office just from that quick call I would happily have her in my team. I have no problem recommending this company or their products. Robyn”
