“While the Barn Light products are of course visually stunning and of the highest quality, it is rare to also receive such thoughtful and considerate customer service when an issue arises. I was completely overwhelmed by their response and how they helped me so close to Christmas. Jesse and team, I can't thank you enough! And I can't wait to show off my new barn light!”

“Good communication. Reliable delivery. Well packed. One minor fault, junction box for our electrical cable was too small. Had to purchase a bigger junction box. Other than that an excellent product. Very happy with the look.2”

“I like the personalised effort made by this family run business. It kept us well informed from order to delivery. We haven't yet installed our light, but it will take precedence on the front of our newly renovated barn which is currently being used as a wedding venue.”

“Mel and Jesse offer a great product and fabulous customer service. We bought 12 Sydney goosenecks and a series of other internal and more decorative goosenecks. I recommended ordering the integrated LED chip option for external goosenecks - they look amazing. As we had such a big order, it's not surprising that one piece was missing. Jesse had the missing part shipped that day and I received it in Berry (NSW) 2 days later. Highly recommended.”

“I'm presently waiting for a studio/shed to be completed. So, it's wait and see. I'd intended to place two Barn Lights each side of double doors. Unfortunately, being away, the builders placed the doors too close to the outer edge of the Skillion wall. It means I'll now place just one light above the double doors. The Gal iron is Colorbond Monument, and the doors and flashing are in Colorbond Nightsky. The Barn Light will match Colorbond Nightsky. I'll send a photo if it looks OK. With thanks.”

“I recently received my delivery of Atomic wall lights and I could not be happier with my purchase. The quality of construction is second to none and far exceeds anything I found in my local retail shops. They are so beautiful and I can’t wait to see them installed at my new house. The communication from the office was prompt and friendly, delivery was quick and packaging of the product to protect the lights was excellent. I am truly thrilled I chose Barnlight and would heartily recommend them to others.”

“Happy to support Australian Made. I like the barn light, we have it in the bathroom. Only two things; light bub can't seem to be screwed in straight, top section looks a little plastic. Ordering and delivery was good and packaging was great, environmentally friendly.”

“Am so thrilled with my new light!! The quality and workmanship impress everyone including the electrician who installed it. I love that the whole manufacturing process is done locally in Melbourne. It looks amazing at our front door and adds charm to our old country cottage. The service provided by Jesse and Mel was above and beyond and I cannot recommend Barn Light more highly.
