“We spent a wonderful 3 nights at the Baron, in late March 2012 when the weather was glorious, the room was very comfortable with chocolates and Spring water left every day and its whirlpool bath!(room 5), everything was to a high standard. The breakfasts and evening meals were great. Phil and Debra very welcoming. The surrounding area beautiful and peaceful and everyone is so friendly, good walks too. We will return.”

“Absolutely fabulous stay thanks to Debra, Philip , Laura and the rest of the family. The pub was extremely clean, and rooms recently refurbished with more than the usual 4/5 star toiletries and equipment (daily bars of chocolate, hot chocolate and spring water, iPod and flat screen tv etc) Cooked breakfast to order and lovely, reasonably priced evening meals are also available. The hotel was placed off the beaten track and in the middle of glorious countryside . Well worth a visit as lots to see in the immediate area. We will undoubtedly make a return visit.
