“Great service.. Sharon was extremely helpful and just has a nice relaxed overall approach to arrangements. Attention to detail first class. Would not go anywhere else for holiday bookings. This john blyth”

“Kieran in Belfast is very helpful with a wide ranging knowledge of various destinations. However we found the web site quite awkward to navigate especially the 'log in to your account'. Having put in the correct information it is very frustrating to be repeatedly told, by a machine, that the info is wrong. If you get this made more user friendly it would be very helpful.”

“Phoned Matthew's Travel enquiring about a cruise. I spoke to a girl called Helen and was very impressed with her. She was very helpful and a pleasure to deal withIrene Helen was excellent and the price was matched so I was very happy to book the cruise.”

“My two sisters and I,walked into Barrhead Travel Dunfermline and were greeted straight away by Andrew.We were only going for a quote for our Florida Holiday,But he was so nice and did his job brilliantly and got us a great deal,We ended up booking straight away.It was our first time using Barrhead but it won't be our last.Thankyou Andrew great customer service..”

“dealt with Chesney on Barrhead Travel Cruise and he was brilliant, very responsive and gave us a really good price, everything has been arranged for us and its been the easiest holiday booking ever all the travel information has been emailed to us and im very happy with the service we received, would highly recommend :)”

“I have booked holidays with Barrhead travel a few tines and each time the service has been excellent . This time we are doing an Alaskan cruise with a trip through the rockies and hotel stays as well. My agent Laura was so helpfull in getting the best hotels and suitable flights for us . Cant wait to get there now .”

“I have nothing but the highest praise for the Stirling Branch of Barrhead Travel. Chris dealt with my first enquiry about options for flights to Canada. When I returned to complete my booking Chris was not on duty and Craig took over. Both agents had excellent knowledge and had 5 star customer care. I shall use Barrhead Travel again and recommend them to friends.”

“Lauren was extremely helpful when we could not find the hotel I had seen on your website.She tried various sites and asked another lady too. Eventually I saw it on her screen BUT it had changed its name !! Success .”

“Karen the travel consultant listened to what I wanted and visited various travel companies to get me the best price. The manager then price matched a quote I had got earlier. I was then sent documents detailing my holiday by email almost immediately. Service has been excellent.”

“went into barrhead travel in dundee. enquiring about break in krakow. billy served us and was brilliant. we booked a 5 day break billy done eveything for us the hotel our flight our 3 trips and our taxi from the airport to hotel and vice versa coming home what a gem he was thanks billy.”

“This is the first time we've booked with Barrhead Travel and it has been a great experience. The travel agent who handled our booking has been excellent: kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful. The price is wonderful. We have travel a lot and cruised often and so do our homework. Barrhead gave us the best deal by far. All in all we have been delighted with the service we have received and will certainly use Barrhead Travel again.”

“Went into Barrhead travel in Southampton. A lady called Abi didn't a gentleman called Chesney, did every thing they could to get me a wonderful cruise for a group of 13. I would recommend them over and over again. Wonderful service.”
