“I feel I have been railroaded into putting down a rather large deposit to supposedly qualify for a special offer. I do not have any details of my holiday at all. I went in with some knowledge and gave the information required to help the agent secure a holiday for us. However the car salesman tactics after 3 hours of discussion when the agent obviously was trying to befriend us , speaking about about his own personal stuff. Not wanting to be rude and hoping for a conclusion we were patient. However on reflection I really feel very dissatisfied and concerned thatbthevholidaybwe will get is more the holiday the agent will book for us rather than what we requested. Certain points I had raised were completely ignored. We thought we would give our details and an outline of what we wanted, go awayband then be contacted when further details were available.This is a big price holiday and I feel the agent had an eye on his commission and not our holiday and didn't want to lose us . He knew I had been doing my own research and wanted to secure us by a deposit .”

“told it was the best deal went into tui as my brother booked with them tui offered me private transfer and upgraded to suite since it was our silver wedding anniversary and my birthday all for the same price as barrhead travel we have always used you for our holidays but I would think twice now I appreciate that it may have been the "best deal"but to be honest I think it was just to get the sale even if I cancelled the holiday and went with tui its still cheaper I know I would lose the deposit but to me its the principle that counts”

“TOOK AROUND 2HOURS TO BOOK HOLIDAY TO ICELAND GIVEN NO CHOICE WHEN 2 SINGLE ROOMS WERE REQUIRED TRANSPORT FROM AIRPORT NOT INCLUDED”

“A have been going abroad for years went into Barrhead travel in hamilton on Friday to book for next year got served with Emma she helped us in every way nothing was a problem to her she was far the nicest person ever to serve in a travel agents would highly recommend this travel agents she tried every possible option and found us the perfect holiday def 5 star thanks so much Mary and Renee lowe”

“Very polite helpfull staff,we had an idea of where we wanted to go barhead tried to get a better price than the online price we had could not beat our price but they price matched ou price,they done all the booking and insurance very happy with the service would use them again.”
