“Big shout out to Scott at Barrhead travel Stirling, always goes above and beyond, i have booked all my holidays with him for many many years, his knowledge is amazing. “We want to acknowledge the excellent customer service shown to us by Cerys at the Clydebank branch recently. She stayed with us throughout our purchase of flights and seat bookings, which became quite challenging due to the airline’s website. Cerys was very professional, patient and went the extra mile to help us. Our bookings are all made now, thanks to Cerys and all her help. Thank you so much Cerys :-), from Mel and Lynne.”

“We have booked many holidays with Barrhead Travel as we have always had excellent service. Ruth at the Braehead branch has handled most of our bookings and is very experienced in finding holidays that will suit our interests and budget. Recently she resolved an issue we had with a travel company due to us missing a date for cancellation. She liaised with the company on our behalf and saved us a great deal of money.”

“We would highly recommend Barrhead Travel, Victoria Square, Belfast. Kelly and her team were so helpful to us when our travel arrangements were disrupted at Marco Polo Airport 21st October 2022 and Munich Airport 22nd October. We will be using Barrhead Travel for future holidays knowing we will receive a first-class service.”

“After booking our trip on the Rocky Mountaineer train trip in Canada for Oct. 2020 it had to be postponed, not once but twice. Since then Anne MacAldowie, at Barrhead Travel, has bent over backwards to fulfil all our travel requirements. She has worked tirelessly, in the most enthusiastic and friendly way possible, to deliver a first class itinerary, including a couple of unexpected little extras. I would thoroughly recommend Barrhead Travel to deal with any holiday plans you may have. Excellent”

“An acquaintance of mine has already received a cash refund for a cruise cancelled due to Covid 19. What an excellent company! I will definitely use them when I next book my holiday (instead of Teletext Holidays) who disgust me completely as I have Not had any direct communication at all from them since they have cancelled my holiday which I was due to go in 3 days time.”

“Travelled direct from Glasgow to Barbados on Dreamliner to pick up P and O Britannia cruise for 2 weeks around the Caribbean starting on 17th January. The travel arrangements via Tui and P and O and of course Barrhead Cruise specialists were excellent as usual for this holiday. Luggage in at Glasgow taken direct to cabin.and at end of cruise on return to Barbados, luggage off ship direct to Glasgow. No trailing cases around. Please keep this holiday on Barrhead list of cruises available direct from Glasgow,it is such a complete package. The cruise itself was also excellent. Fine food throughout, especially in the Glass House restaurant on board. When it is cold, wet, windy and grey in Scotland, it is hard to think of a better holiday than in the Caribbean when it is definitely not cold, wet, windy and grey.”
