“Awesome variety of cacti sent each month. The little extras in each box are a bit hit or miss though, some months have been really useful like seeds, others have been less so (a tiny beeswax food wrap that wouldn’t fit around an apple). I love the variety of pots i’ve received, which i think was worth the entire asking price!”

“A few boxes havnt turned up but it’s been corrected by them once I’ve contacted them which is good,
A few of the cactuses have been way too small for the pot, and I can see on other peoples social media that they’ve received much larger cactuses so it’s a little inconsistent.
But other than that, the pots are usually hella cute and the cactuses are great”

I'm very sorry to hear that some of your boxes haven't arrived. However, it's good to hear that this was promptly dealt with by our team and new boxes sent. We are always looking to improve our shipping process so these issues should become a thing of the past.
With regards to the size of the cacti, as they are plants, there can often be a difference in the sizes when they first arrive. But they will all grow so they should catch up with any large ones once they have got settled in.

“I love the different types of cactus and the ceramic pots. Only thing I would add is that I have had quite a few seed packets as the additional 'surprise' in the boxes. These are sweet but I am not a huge plant grower myself. There was an issue with one of my boxes being lost in the post by the delivery service but this was not Barry's fault and they resolved it super quick sending me another one out the next day! I love my cactus deliveries each month!”

“I have thoroughly enjoyed receiving a new houseplant every month with a unique pot allowing for mixing and matching. My cacti are growing nicely with one of them having grown a large flower bulb so I look forward to it flowering! The free gifts however have become increasingly underwhelming, I only liked the metal straws I got my first month, I found the more recent gifts such as the seeds having no use to me.
Now having six cacti I am considering pausing my subscription as I am running out of space for them, if only I had a bigger house with more windows!”

“Really enjoying them. 6 deliveries so far. 5 are beautiful little friends adorning my home office Teams backdrop with spiky joyfulness. One arrived very dry & sorry looking & within 2 weeks had turned into a shrivelled powdery strange fungal object which had to be binned. I didn’t contact to complain or anything so haven’t massively reduced my rating as you had no opportunity to resolve & everything else has been brilliant! Love the pots, the variety of cacti, the collectors cards & the little extras!”
