“I subscribed to this due to my husband decided to make a pub in our house and call it “The Cactus Arms” so he gets something every month? At first I was amazed first 2 boxes came and we was well impressed. After the 3 box disappointed is an understatement had 1 box delayed by 2weeks with no info why or when I will recieve it? Quick to take the £15 out on the 1st of the month but I never get them till at least around the 111th so waiting over 2weeks? I have raised this concern several times and even commented on your Facebook posts but never get a response? I am seing how this months is if it is the same I will b cancelling my subscription which I don’t want to do?”

I'm very sorry to hear that from your third box you have been disappointed with the subscription. Please, accept my sincere apologies for this.
From check our system I can see that you contacted us on the 10th July regarding the delay to the July cactus club box and that a member of our team replied promptly to this email. I can't seem to find any other instances of communication from you regarding the subscription.
We're also sorry to hear that your last couple of boxes have arrived around the 17th. I have checked the tracking for all of your boxes after the first two and they all seem to have arrived around the same time, excluding the July box that was delayed.

“I love the idea of this club but have to say I’ve been disappointed by the deliveries to date. I subscribed to 2 x 3 month to give it a decent chance. I’ve got two more deliveries to go. So far… I’d say the pots haven’t been the best quality or design (a plain terracotta tiny pot for example - not funky designs) and the “extras”
of tea bags or wild flower seed is cheap and makes you feel quite ripped off. The collectors cards are nice to learn about the cacti but I’d appreciate the “extras” to be things that will help us get the best out of them as they grow ie cactus food, cactus soil, seeds for something more exotic, even a mug or something we can use.”

We're sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the cactus club so far. I can confirm that after the feedback we have received that we don't have plans to do a plain terracotta pot again. Hopefully, the two pots we have lined up for your remaining deliveries will be a better fit.
Thank you also for your feedback on the kind of extras you'd like to see included in the boxes. This is really helpful and I have made sure to pass this on to our purchasing team so they can take it into consideration for future editions. The cactus soil would be a great idea.
