“I ordered two watch bands for my Garmin Fenix 6s Sapphire. On one of the bands, it could not get tight enough for my wrist. I'm a medium-sized male (which is to say, maybe a little smaller than the average American). Quite ridiculous that the band wouldn't fit. I had to create my own hole, and that led to the band falling apart fairly quickly. The second band did fit. However, the spring loaded pins were so flimsy that the band would sometimes come off my wrist. This happened once during a bike ride and I didn't notice it. Bye-bye expensive watch! Yikes. DO NOT recommend these bands at all.”

“It has been very difficult to communicate. After many days, we finally communicated over the phone, and I thought my issue was settled. I’ve sent back the original watchband, bought in error, but have yet to receive the proper one. I was told it would be a matter of days, which was a while ago please help me resolve this issue”

“I made a mistake in measuring and the band did not fit. It was off by 1 mm. I emailed a request to exchange and have not heard back. I utilized amazon to source a replacement from Ritchie. Your service used to be the benchmark, now it is just something I used to recommend.”

“Extremely rigid and tough, not comfortable at all. The packaging noted 2 watch straps when I only bought one, which meant I was hit with a much higher customs tax. Won't be ordering again”

“Garbage. I'm not sure whereabouts the leather or quality is hiding but I won't be wearing any of the bands I purchased, poor quality is an understatement. I suggest you spend more for something nice unless you're at the start of your watch journey and on a budget.”

“Repeat customer but this one is very rough with sharp edges. Extremely uncomfortable. This should be made with a softer canvas material. I had to use a nail file to sand this down a bit to make it even tolerable. I’m very disappointed with this band.”

“Haven't even tried the watch band yet, but never in my life have I been so aggressively marketed to and email spammed after making an online purchase. I would definitely spend a couple more bucks in the future to avoid having to click 'unsubscribe' on 8 different emails.”

“I received the watch band but I wanted to note that I’m not very happy with the quality of the product. The outer layer has some sort of protective gum and that’s started to peel off with the first day’s usage. And this shows up as a weird discoloration and makes the entire feel look of the watch band subpar. Also the nylon or the cloth material on the band is peeling off”
