“I would be able to if that was what I received. We got the correct band but the metal clasp is wrong. My wife has and is still trying to contact you guys to get the correct product.”

“I had an issue with some 22mm G-Shock adapters which resulted in a return, but customer service resolved the situation perfectly. Putting the G-Shock adapters to one side, I've been highly satisfied with every single Barton strap I've ever purchased.”

“Je suis déçu par plusieurs points. Le premier, mais vous n'êtes pas responsable, c'est les taxes et les frais de port qui s'ajoutent au prix d'achat. Dans mon cas, vers la France, j'ai du payer 15 euro supplémentaires pour la taxe d'importation. Avec les frais de port celà triple la facture. Mais ce n'est pas tout, alors que la photo montrait ce bracelet monté sur la Casio 5600, celle que je possède, je découvre que les adaptateurs sont en supplément. Et pour finir, la longueur du bracelet est adapté à un poignet de 17 centimètres, soit celui que j'avais à 15 ans.”

“I ordered my band. After a week without any updated shipping information I contacted customer support. I was lied to and they told me that the band had just shipped and i would receive shipping information soon. I did not receive any information. A week later I contacted customer service again for an update on shipping information. I recieved no response but shipping information was sent shortly after. Once I did recieved my order it was not the item I ordered and did not match the packing slip. I contacted customer service again to get the item I ordered (3 weeks after I initially ordered) and have yet to receive any reply. I would not recommend Barton to anyone and will not be buying from them again. Additional update. After trying to make it right and ship me my correct order, I had to contact customer service again since there was no shipping update after multiple weeks. A label was created but has not been shipped in over a month now. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no response. It has now been MONTHS after my initial order and I have not recieved the correct band yet. Customer service has been terrible and this company has done nothing to try to correct their mostakes.”

“The nato band feels very comfortable and fits me well on the 2nd hole, so no excess strap flapping about. Very tidy and the colour is as seen on the web site. A well made quality leather product.”

“This strap is fantastic. Totally changed up the feel of my watch in a great way. The old metal strap added enough weight that it felt awkward at times. This canvas strap is feather light. During the warmer weather the metal strap gets so hot, this canvas strap is so perfect for the warmer days! Due to the watch I put it on I can’t use the quick release function but that’s ok. I have it on a Black Nixon Base. Such a nice combo. I will for sure buy from this company again.”
