“ This site is a FRAUD. BaseusClothing.com deserves ZERO stars. I received pants with a stain/mark in a very prominent area. They would not pay for return shipping, nor give me a full refund. The clothing does not look as pictured and the service is horrible. AVOID this retailer and Spread the Word. ”

I emailed their fraudulent customer service, the keep telling me the package is being sent from Jamaica NY buy USPS never received the package that only meant a shipping label was created. The tracking number they emailed did not match with Australia post. I emailed & sent them a message on Messanger. No reply at all even though I could see they had read my message. So dodgy - terrible customer service! Just want to make sure this doesn’t happen to other people as noticed three of their nine Facebook reviewers also didn’t receive their order!! ”
