“Every time I make an order and I get confirmation I always receive missing items after i contact I receive an email that it was not available and I will get refund, will I believe if you don’t have the items don’t confirm the sale.”

After placing an order and paying the due amount online!! I received email telling me that the product I have requested is currently not available and we are waiting to receive the new stock from the supplier to send it for you. You order should be delivered within a week!!!

“My order that was placed 2 days prior national holidays still didn't reach me (10 days from initial order). The customer care rep called and re-scheduled the delivery, no apologies, just a "yes, but it was before national holidays".... nevertheless, this call was on Wednesday, today is Sunday next week, no more news from Basharacare.... Huge disappointment in such a poor quality of customer care”
