“Sent one of your wine and cheese baskets at a birthday present as a friend and she was thrilled, very happy with the basket itself. However less happy with the delivery. One of the main reasons that I decided to use your company is because you provided the option to chose delivery date. I selected the day of my friend's birthday (which was on a normal working day I might add) and was a bit annoyed that the box got delivered the day before. Thankfully my friend was at home and was able to accept the delivery and I guess its better to have a present delivered before than after the birthday. I checked your website now and saw that its buried in your faq that the preferred delivery date is not guaranteed but feel that it would have been more helpful if this information had been displayed in the checkout as well, not everyone can be bothered to read the faq. In summary, super happy with your product, less happy with your delivery service. No harm done but perhaps don't give your customers the impression that deliveries are guaranteed to the chosen delivery day.”

“Nice baskets, and nice some contents, but to be honest it is really bad value for money and very disappointed with that. After doing a quick estimation and googling... the contents could be valued between EUR 30 to EUR 40 however I paid over EUR 103 plus EUR 8 delivery. Never again.”
