“The hamper arrived 2 days ahead of the time I picked, lucky I choose to have it delivered to my house rather than the offices. If it had arrived 2 days early at the offices, the people it was intended for would not have been there. There was a facility on the order page to request the delivery destination and date...why have this if you don't stick to it. The presentation of the hamper was nice, but an awful big box, a lot of shredded paper. The items were lost in the big box really, looked like I hadn't got much for them due to the large gift box and items swamped/lost in the shredded paper. Maybe a variety of box sizes would be more appropriate, I actually considered moving the items to a smaller basket but I didn't have one at hand. Also, the glue came away from the side of the box when it was first opened, meaning I had to glue it again and mend it before I brought it in to the recipients. The produce seemed of good quality and nice options for an office of different people. Hopefully something for everyone involved. I didn't open or taste any of the produce so can't comment on that. I remember it hard to get a tea and coffee option in the hamper when was scrolling in the not too crazy price ranges, my hamper was for a small office of people who helped me so an option of tea and coffee would have been ideal. The items on the website actually looked bigger than what arrived, lots of the items were actually really small, something I didn't think about.”

“Very good choice of hampers, good customer service, delivered on time. It would be better if the company included some more favourite Irish brands (such as Tayto, Barry's Tea etc) for delivery outside of Ireland. Recipients of hampers found it difficult to find the enclosed greetings (or didn't find it in some cases. which was enclosed in cellophane under the address”

“Products were very satisfactory, as reported by the recipient (I didn't get to try them myself). There was a minor issue with arrangement of delivery to Spain, but Customer Service was very good in assisting to reorganise delivery address. Unfortunately, despite also requesting a change of delivery date, this was not successfully implemented. Overall, a very good experience.”

“A congratulations gift for family. They absolutely loved it. It arrived very promptly. Very well presented. Might be over priced slightly but the demand is there for online gifts and delivery so I can see why. Would absolutely recommend 👌”

“Lovely box, gifts well packaged and overall quality very good. The gift card and message was a little disappointing. The envelope had a handwritten reference number on the front (could this not be put on the back of the envelope where it is less visible for the recipient?) The card had a small AVERY label stuck inside with the message printed in tiny font and quite poor legibility. If I had known how ugly it would look I've have left no message when ordering the card and handwritten the message”

“got a notification early in the morning that the parcel would be delivered at plus minus 14:30. Got a notification the next morning that they could not deliver as they could not find the address. they did not even try to phone my son that was waiting at work for the parcel until 17:00. it said it was sent back to the warehouse, I then chatted to an agent the next morning confirming all the details and the parcel was delivered the next morning. Maybe it is a good idea for your delivery guys to just make a phone cal before sending parcels back.”

“I ordered a gift basket from Ciseain Go Leor to send to family in Ireland. (I am in Australia.) The range available was interesting, varied and from relatively low to more expensive. The basket I ordered was sent on the day and at the time I was told. The recipient/s sent me a quick video and was very happy with the basket. All in all it was a job well done. Thank you.”

“Everything was fine with hamper and flower, everything very nice and beatiful. But we did not like how the greetings card was organized - just glued on the box. My Sister noticed it only when I told her-delivery company put their card on greetings card. And delivery was awful - wrong Day, told that package will be at the store, but it was near the Door on apartment. You should change delivery company.”
