“1. Order number 83012352 was delivered to Epsom, Surrey on 21st December - very satisfactory. 2. Order number 83012355 got stuck in Southampton and my daughter-in-law was told by DHL that they could not deliver before 28th December. She has taken time off work today and is driving a 2-hour round-trip to collect it in person. Most unsatisfactory and disappointing service from DHL in Southampton”

“Very good choice of hampers, good customer service, delivered on time. It would be better if the company included some more favourite Irish brands (such as Tayto, Barry's Tea etc) for delivery outside of Ireland. Recipients of hampers found it difficult to find the enclosed greetings (or didn't find it in some cases. which was enclosed in cellophane under the address”

“The ordering process was easy, I am in the US ordering a present for my parents back home and I had no issues. Communication was excellent, I missed writing a message for the gift card and someone emailed me the next day to check if I wanted to add a message. Overall I was very satisfied, thank you!”
