“The sink we had was VERY small in our downstairs toilet, and the tap took up so much space, that it was difficult to wash our hands. I had a plumber in and he advised us on the maximum size we could get. I went on this website AFTER an hour of looking on other sites, and boom the PERFECT sink was found. AM ABSOLUTELY 💯 loving our new sink, and only took 3 days to arrive. All packed with extra care so not to get damaged. Would 110% order off this company again”

“Looks good, but I haven’t fitted it yet. The service and delivery time were very good. Delivery driver was very helpful and polite. The waste is a little disappointing as the cover is plastic and wasn’t exactly what I was expecting but it looks good.”

Thanks for your review and I am glad you are happy with the service you have received. Most shower tray waste covers are ABS plastic these days, but I appreciate that could be disappointing if you were expecting it would be metal.

“Bought a sink, tap, Click- Clack plug and bottle trap from BathLab. Arrived promptly within a few days. Everything in good order apart from a broken plastic lock nut on the plug. I informed BathLab and they sent a complete replacement plug. Great service and customer support.”

Suggested that the furniture comes with more protective packaging.”
