“Communication was excellent even before purchasing the product. They answered any questions we had about the product. Ordering was very straightforward. Delivery was quick and we were kept updated regarding delivery times. We haven’t fitted the towel radiator yet but I would have no issues about contacting Bath Lab if I have any further queries.
