The roller on a shower door had broken. So I emailed the customer support. All I wanted was a part number or even better a link to the product so I could purchase the part.
Instead I had a reply with links to 5 websites to trawl through. I’ve gone through two already with no success.
I think this is very poor. When I’ve done the same with other purchases from other companies I’ve had a direct link.
