"They subcontracted our bathroom refit to a man called Steve Brooks and a company called Bathrooms Supreme ot Shepherd Home Improvements ( Richie Shepherd) after 7 weeks they still haven't completed the job. They never answer the phone or call back. My husband is disabled and we are still waiting for a shower seat to be fitted, he can't shower without it. We paid for a new ceiling and lights which werent fitted and for which we havent been able to get a refund.Steve Brooks is quite rude and bt telling lies tries to blame the customer for their poor service. Last time he texted me was to say he couldnt do anything as he was just boarding a plane for his holidays.\r\nI can only say don't have anything to do with any of these companies. You will oay a lot of money (which they demand up front) for a very poor service"

"I purchased a complete bathroom suite from Bathroom Takeaway and initially thought this was a good buy. However the quality of the bath received was well below acceptable usage. A 'hotel' sized plastic bottle (7cm high, half empty) of shampoo fell from the side of the bath and left a crack which caused water to leak. On examining the crack I could see the thickness of the acrylic layer was less than 0.5mm. I pointed this out to Bathroom Takeaway who said they couldn't do anything due to accidental damage. My reasoning was at what point wouldn't it be accidental damage, if I dropped say, a feather, pencil, toothbrush, bar of soap (heavier than the bottle mentioned previously). I'm just warning anyone reading this that the company will do anything to get out of accepting their products are substandard. I now have to rip everything out and start again. Buy cheap by twice :(\nI'll see how I get on with trading standards"
