“Ordered roofing sheet screws and eaves filler. Screws were exactly as described but unfortunately the eaves filler wasn’t the size described on the website, the length and profile didn’t match the ones I had previously installed. I e-mailed Batley DIY who replied quickly but was told I was mistaken and they had sent the correct ones. I replied to explain that the manufacturer states the 3inch profile eaves filler is 680mm in length and the ones I received are over 900mm (making the profile completely wrong so wouldn’t fit my roof) that was a few days ago but I’ve not had a reply back unfortunately.”

“I would love to write a review for your products, but I can’t because I still didn’t get it 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I placed an order on 15 of September and today is October and I still don’t have it 🤷‍♀️ tomorrow I’ll leave for work for 6 weeks and wouldn’t be able to test products also, thank you soooo much for your service!!!”

“My 1st communication was a couple of days. My question was answered. However, I have emailed 3 times now due to missing parts ( we think) from my delivery, had no response. This is very poor communication, I will not be buying or recommending this company to anyone. Sorry to say”

“I ordered a tub of putty on 5th September and received a follow up call on 8th September- a Sunday - and it was the Company owner asking me to confirm my order - followed by a very agreeable chat about the West Coast of Scotland. The order was shipped on 11th September and arrived on 12th....fantastic customer service and excellent communication.”

“The bowls I received were what I wanted but my score on this review is down to communication with this company I've email and phone where I've left a message and this is in regarding the delivery cost of 7 pounds of which you said I would get refunded because I didn't receive the on time and I paid 7 pounds express delivery to get them in a set time ,you've just ignored me and I've of yet to receive the refund so it was quite surprising for you to ask me to a review on mu experience with you ,so until I receive my refund this is my review, thank you”

“Item wasn’t as picture showed. Was lied to on two occasions as to its delivery date and at times getting anyone to answer the emails or phone was a nightmare. Arrived without what I required as in pictures. Disappointing experience”

“I originally ordered some pvc coving which I thought was simple enough how wrong I was! After a week of no dispatch email or anything I contacted them and was told it was out of stock (showed in stock when I ordered) wouldn’t you think to contact the customer and tell them this?! Anyway was told it would be sent soon so after nearly another week I messaged again asking where it was ( holding the job up now) still not available yet nobody told me! I said I’d settle for white with Chrome STRIP not full chrome to get the job moving so waited days for that to arrive only to receive full chrome which looks ridiculous in a white and black bathroom with no chrome. Now they are continuing the appalling service by ignoring my emails. I’d just avoid they’re useless.”
