“Terrible. It’s been close to 2 weeks and still no product I’ve sent 2 enquiries and yet no response to those apart from an automatic acknowledgement from your chat bot. If I don’t receive an update by COB Friday 27th June, I’ll be seeking a refund”

“Needed replacement battery urgently for an old Dyson stick vacuum in our Jindabyne holiday home. The similar battery required for the Dyson was availabe with Battery Mate and certainly a lot less expensive than the Dyson one. It arrived quite quickly, charged up in no time and has given new life to our Dyson stick.”
