“I do not know a whole lot about batteries BUT this was an amazing shopping experience. I didn't know for sure if I got the correct battery and then I was afraid to take it out of the box. I called about and was told that the box looked bigger because it probably had foam. And yes it did. I put it in the gate place and now I have the gate working again. Thank you all who helped me. “The first shipment that I ordered was delivered less than 2 days. They are sending me the BW125AH instead of the BW1280 8AH battery that I ordered. I emailed your company about the issue. The customer service will send me the correct shipment and will send me the pre-paid shiping label for me to return the wrong battery to your office.
It was over 5 days but did not get any reply.”
“On time and well packaged I have not used the batteries as of yet I will get back to you and tell you how they performed with my wheelchair scooter. I don’t know if there was a warranty on them or not and if there is, I would love to send it to G tyson@nyc.rr.com thank you in advance”
