I ordered a fender twin tonemaster B stock, which is basically a new amp that had been returned, and that is what it is, a new amp for an even better price than the already great prices. With swift shipping I couldn’t be happier, great company.

I bought 2 keyboards, both of which were showing in stock, and a delivery date of 2 days after order was given. When they hadn't arrived after 5 days, I rang the customer support number, and wasn't able to get through at all. I subsequently emailed, and after a day received a reply saying that one of the keyboards WASN'T in stock after all, and they had no idea when they would be able to get it. OK, that happens, I get it - though I would have been far happier if they had contacted me rather than waiting for me to chase it up. So, I replied explaining that I was under a time constraint to get the keyboard they couldn't supply, and asking them to cancel that part of the order and to process a refund as soon as possible, in order that I would have sufficient funds on my card to be able to buy one elsewhere. I got no response, no cancellation, and no refund. I emailed again and again: nothing. Eventually, I rang and just hung on: it took over 30 minutes for my call to be answered. In fairness, when I did, the representative did deal with my query efficiently, although at the time of writing the refund hasn't come through, but that's a normal banking delay, I hope. They have a wide range of stock, and their prices are great: but when things go wrong, their service - if you can reach it - is variable at best.

I ordered an Ibanez guitar. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The price was good, the order process easy and I will order again from Bax Music. Easy 5 stars.

Don't believe stock levels. Ordered two items with Saturday next day delivery for a gig the following week. A day late processing so missed the Saturday for the Sunday rehearsal. Then Parcelforce couldn't deliver as it didn't have the correct address. Arrived a week late - missing the gig. One item broken and the other not included as it was actually on back-order and won't be available for a month. Farce.

Competitive price, shipped promptly with robust packaging and delivered when expected. My previous purchase was equally satisfactory. I would judge Bax to be on a par with their competitors for customer fulfilment. I will continue to buy from Bax when their price compares well to the others

My order wasn't dispatched until after 3pm on the day (24th) it was supposed to be delivered. I have contacted Bax Music customer services twice via email and had zero response. It is now the 30th and still no response and still no delivery.

I vowed not to use Bax music again after my first order this year took an age to ship!! I cancelled it. Then two weeks ago I ordered a guitar over £1000 and again shipping is woeful and been sitting with Parcelfarce days, I know this time it has been Christmas but companies smaller have been back to work for days now so no excuse for such lame service! Definitely my last order with this company Lee #Shocking !

Told me item would arrive 23.12.24. I ensured I was in all day, only to call toward the end of the day as I'd heard nothing for them to tell me it wasn't arriving....probably not until after Christmas. Then on 27th, after hearing nothing again, I called and was asked, 'Do I still want the ordered items?' - whilst the thought of parting with £3000.00 and receiving nothing in return was tempting, I decided to go ahead and say I did, yes. To which they had to make a whole new order up. Poor communication, poor customer service, unimpressed. At least the lady on the phone was nice. Then they request feedback for my experience....careful what you wish for.

This is a high quality padded bass guitar strap. It’s very well made and is comfortable even for extended playing sessions. BAX use Parcel Force, which means they can’t really guarantee on which day your purchase is going to arrive. The strap arrived later than I had asked for, but was probably caught up in the Christmas mail.
