“I ordered a Michael Kelly Forte Exotic Java Ebony Electro-Acoustic guitar. The price was good and was delivered quickly. The quality of the guitar is very good. The only downside was the sharpness of the fret ends, a little more work was needed prior to delivery. The wooden bridge also had sharp pointed edges. overall it is a beautiful looking and good sounding instrument.”

“B stock due to damaged packaging. Uke is absolutely unmarked. Very happy. Took it to a Luthier to check set up. Near enough there out of the box. Not played yet but looking forward to it. Amp on order.”

“I bought a Cort G280 select for the bargain price of £248 and I'm happy about that. However, the guitar was the last one in stock and that usually in my experience means it's been returned by a customer. This was no exception as it wasn't packed correctly in the box and was covered in grubby fingerprints (the usual tell tale signs). I've bought quite a few guitars recently and have no problems with spending a bit of time setting them up. This guitar required two whole days of correcting lots of issues with it's playability as everything was totally off and needed adjusting. The top E string wasn't even connected to the tuning peg and was just flopping around in the box too. Now that it's all done, this is a really nice guitar. The pickups sound beautiful and strat like, with a clear bell like tones. The neck is super smooth and well finished and the guitar itself looks really classy. If it had arrived looking brand new and reasonably playable I would have given it five stars.”

“Terrible. You cannot speak to anyone. I placed an order on the 15th April due for delivery on the 17th, we’re now the 24th of April with no sign of my order, no update to tracking. No one answers the phone. No one responds to emails. No one responds to Instagram DM. Buy somewhere else, pay more if you have to for better service from a better company.”

“Lie no 1 order before 10pm Monday get Wednesday Lie no 2 shipped Lie no 3 parcel intransit to local hub Lie no 4 will delivered in the next 2 working days Truth delayed shipment, do you want the next shipment. I booked two days off work waiting in, and it was never even shipped. Please do not order from these you will be very disappointed.”

“My speaker stands have not arrived. I ordered them on the 15th of April. I've had no response from bax. I've had emails asking me to review them though.....which I can't do as they haven't even been sent. I'd advise people not to order through them as they clearly can't fulfill orders and keep your money.”
