I ordered an expensive item on 2 July. More than a week later, and I have no idea where it is. Bax have sent me no information about shipping whatsoever, I am completely in the dark. I called customer services, and was told the item was with DPD and that I would be sent a tracking number immediately after the phone call, but two days later I am still waiting. I will not be buying anything from this company again.

Ordered a Positive Grid Spark Mini Amp, the product is exactly as was described, the communication from the company was satisfactory if not a little bit overwhelming as I received 5 emails,the price of the product was very competitive but was extremely disappointed when after being told my delivery would arrive on 5th of July (and its clearly stated on one of the emails) it didn't arrive until 7th of July. Some people may think this is acceptable but when you have to ask somebody to be there to receive your delivery its a bit of an inconvenience as I was available to receive it on the 5th but not on the 7th. Would I use this company again...... probably yes as the price as I said was very competitive but certainly after my experience would not believe a word they print about delivery time.

I have bought several products from Bax in the past and I've always been happy with them and the serviceI've received. The prices have been very competitive and deliveries prompt and in the time frame stated. However my most recent experience wasn't quite so good. I bought a B stock Fenton amplifier to amplify the sound from a Zoom R8 recorder and the sound is very distorted and it took a week to arrive.

Asking me to review an item I have not received yet, so cannot comment. this was supposed to be a Birthday gift (Saturday 8th July) but that will not happen, order placed 28 June 2023, 10 days later, no package, you advertise speedy fast delivery (what happened on this occasion?), Parcel force not much better (package registered but did not arrive at delivery hub) then package status saying item was on delivery truck to be delivered 7th July, did not arrive, Package status on the 8th, item back in sorting department to be delivered Monday 10th July. This is not the way I would like to deal, so no recommendations from me in the future. Regards Barry.

The service on this occasion was not up to scratch. We ordered cables that were needed by a specific date. We ordered and paid the additional £9.95 for the courier delivery. This didn’t happen. 2 days after the order the items still hadn’t been dispatched. This caused us great inconvenience and we had to hire the cables locally. What is the point of offering this service if you cannot honour it? In the end we were refunded the courier fee, but nothing else for the additional cost to us of hiring or for the inconvenience. Sadly we need a reliable company to deal with. BAX aren’t that company.

Ordered an Ibanez EHB 1000, and BAX was the cheapest price around, and It was in stock. Delivery was on the day expected and on time, plus it was free delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to use BAX Music again, and would certainly recommend them.

Another order and arrived on time, yes i have bought another item from Bax Music once again, the price if my ashdown studio 8 was very pleasing and the service was a very pleasing experience, its the second time i have bought a studio 8 as i foolishly sold my 1st 0ne and i missed that rich powerful sound that you can only get from ashdown amps, the studio 8 is a loud 30w amplifier capable of small pub gigs or great for practice/studio work, i like the fact that i can use chordify on my phone through the studio 8 so that i can jam along with, thank you Bax Music, i will definitely be using you again..Phil

It's a bit much being asked to leave feedback on here, when the item is massively delayed and hasn't been received yet. But Bax asked so here is the feedback. Long delay on delivery (still not received!)

I can't believe you're asking me to review an order placed with you a week or more ago, sent out by Parcelfarce Express 24, and which still hasn't arrived. I have received a refund on the postage, but all in all, your customer service is dreadful. Needless to say, I won't be buying off you again or any other online company that uses Parcelfarce.

I have no complaints about Bax, but Parcelfarce lets the side down considerably. The item should have been delivered on Monday. It's now Friday, and they STILL have no tracking data on their website. Like a lot of things messed up by the Conservative Party..... it should never have been privatised! This is not the first time this has happened. NOT BAX'S FAULT!

Paid extra to get the delivery on a weekend and it arrived 2 days late. I have ordered 2 items with Bax and both orders were late. Can't get hold of anyone by telephone. I eventually got a reply by email many days later. I won't be using this company again. Terrible customer service
