Gretsch Streamliner, Ocean Turquoise. A nice instrument which arrived on time carefully boxed and in good condition. It has a nice shallow U shaped neck which isn't too narrow making it nice to play with low action. The sound differs somewhat from an Electromatic model which I already have. It has a somewhat warmer, fuller tone than the Electromatic but a bit less Gretschy but still able to produce a bit of a twang on all strings. On the down side, the instrument arrived badly set-up or not set-up with all strings rattling on the frets. In serious need of attention which I was able to correct by adjustment of the truss rod with the hexagon key supplied with the guitar and careful raising of the adjustable bridge. The volume controls increases slowly then suddenly. This the same on my Electromatic model. The dark blue translucent tone controls are a bit cheap looking. But, having said all this, it is a nice instrument which I purchased at a competitive price and would recommend. It is really worth a 4.5 rating

B-Stock Yamaha Red Label acoustic. To my eyes, it's in perfect condition. Delivered exactly when they said it would be.

Bax have sent me a request to post a review. 8 working days after placing the order (in stock 3 day delivery stated, also see below) I am still waiting to get it. According to parcelforce it’s been sitting in their delivery hub 1.1 miles (google maps) from my home since Tuesday night. It’s now Thursday… annnoying having to rearrange 3 days in a row to be in to receive the order, with Tuesday being the chosen delivery date, which was the day after the earliest one on offer. A recent previous experience with parcelforce is the same as my current 3 day wait, so my small sample size is they are 100% very late. Hope to get my item soon.

This is a complaint. I contacted Bax Music 3 times after placing my order requesting details of an additional 95p charged at checkout, and have heard nothing. Delivery was promised for Friday 21st July but it arrived the following Tuesday 25th. No information was available from their courier.

Disappointed to be sent European plugs with adapters! UK customers should get products with UK plugs.

Ordered a guitar, told by e mail I would receive it 5 days later being informed via transport tracking the status the whereabouts of my delivery and sure enough it was delivered in very good packing, just when Bax said it would. What more could you ask for? Excellent experience with Bax. Thankyou very much.

Product hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks and customer service are not responding to my emails. I’ve had to purchase another stand from a different retailer in order to perform. Absolutely terrible service. I will be asking for a refund as soon as I can actually get in touch with anyone there!

Next day delivery turned up over a week later, by which time I ordered from somewhere else. I tried to cancel the order, but customer services ignored both emails. Now I have to return this damn box, but trying to fill out the returns form on the web is impossible. They use different terms on the paperwork vs what they request on the form, you eventually work out the numbers, but they don't accept the form anyway. Waste of time, money, and a ton of agro.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!!!! They sold a faulty mic which caused a fuzzy sound, I sent it back for a refund which they said was supposed to take 8 days. 8 days later, No money received, I had to call them to ask for the refund. Customer Service had no idea what i was talking about. Later in the day, I got an email refusing to send a refund and they held my item for ransom, asking for additional money. Illegal Practice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

When the guitar wasn’t delivered I rang bax, and I got through for them to say there was a delay and to call back in two days, so I called back when they said but I couldn’t get through. I checked with parcel force, and it was a 10 day delay before it arrived. I found it very frustrating, and bax need to communicate to their customers more and get more staff to answer the phone! Difficult but not impossible!

5 Stars for the Innox PB 50W Piano Bench. Excellent quality and vrey good price. 2 Stars for delivery time and customer service. Their website says 2 to 3 days delivery time and it took a 9 days. When I contacted customer service I didn't get a reply.

I ordered an Audio Source expression pedal from BAX on Friday 14 July, with a target date for delivery of Thursday 20 July. On Monday 17 July I received separate notifications from both BAX and ParcelFrorce (courier) that the product was in the ParcelForce system – ‘Advised’. When on the 20th I saw on the ParcelForce page that the product was still ‘Advised’, I phoned BAX about my concerns. Their agent told me that the product was in Kent, would get to me and that they would consider compensation if it was late. I was so taken aback by the blasé attitude of the BAX agent that I decided to conduct further communication via email. Apart from Sunday 23 July, I have emailed BAX at least once a day – and sometimes twice - enquiring about the whereabouts of the product and when it would be delivered. I have received no response whatsoever from BAX. The ParcelForce page still says ‘Advised’ – see attachment. Before beginning this dispute, I tried to phone BAX but the phone just rang out. I am beside myself with frustration at not having any response from BAX and not knowing when, if ever, I will get the product. I have raised a dispute with PayPal which I will escalate later today. I am also going to file formal complaints with Trading Standards and Companies House.

Ordered a bluetooth audio transmitter on the 18th July 2023 company advertises 2-3 day delivery advised of tracking details which did not update/work. After contacting so called Customer Service twice by mail and twice by via their website which received no reply, finally arrived on the arrived 25th. My advice look elsewhere. Nice product shame about the service.
