Great deliver service on day of my choosing Product came well packaged Mandolin itself is beautiful...great tome and keeps in tune well, just need a strap

I bought a Roland Gaia 2 (not B Stock), and got a B Stock unit. The box had been opened and the re-packing was not great. There were fingerprints on the front panel. So, full price but a B Stock experience. The synth works fine, a soft cloth and a factory reset sorted that out. But it's not what I paid for... certainly my last Bax purchase. There are loads of retail options.

Packaged very well,delivered as date said it would,Bought as a Christmas present for my partner ,(would give it more stars if i could),my partner is so happy that he is going to purchase another and he is so pleased with it its not being put away till Christmas,Thank you Caroline.

I have just recently bought a Fender Fullerton from Bax Music and last month I bought a Fazley Amplifier from them. In both instances the service has been extremely good. Placing the orders was easy and the person on the other end of the phone was pleasant and helpful, there was prompt delivery and the goods well packaged and received in good condition. I cannot fault Bax Music at all and would definitely buy from them again.

I had a very positive experience. Item (a Mackie keyboard amp) arrived well packed and on time via Parcelforce although we had no notification of what time approximately it would arrive! Amp is perfect for what I need. Good sound & lightweight! Excellent!

Bought 2 guitars already from BAX. Gretsch and Ibanez. Working guitars. Delivery fine by Parcelforce. Tracking system works well.So hits the spot on price, range and service. Website very good with plenty of detail. The only one missing is string gauge as supplied!

When you ring up it's like talking to a robot. Very insensitive and unprofessional. They made it nearly impossible to get a refund. I ended up feeling that l had beg for a refund. They didn't care that l was getting very upset and angry. 😠🤨😠

Your team at the warehouse, were very professional and helpful. The product I bought turned out to be exactly what I wanted and more, overall fantastic Product, And would have no hesitation in recommending Fox music to any of my colleagues

Microphone received promptly & in working order but packaging leaves a lot to be desired in as much as, the lack of packaging material - in the box containing mic-box - allowed the contents to rattle around inside...not a great idea. I was not at home for the delivery so Parcel Force driver left my parcel on my front-doorstep in full view of passing traffic..not impressed PF..!

This product is AMAZING value! I bought it to hang 2 temporary spotlights in our church for our Christmas Carol Services. It is strong and robust, and I was able to screw the lights to it easily. I expect it to last for many years.

Do not buy from Bax Music unless you're ready for delays, poor communication, love repeating yourself, documenting every interaction to be able to copy + paste because you WILL have to.

Warning to all customers: Do NOT shop at Bax Music, they're not a serious company and will make it difficult to solve any errors that may (and probably will) arise at delivery/return. After two delays and lots of communication errors with Bax Music support/DHL, I finally received my delivery. Packaging was subpar, with items loose and pieces of broken styrofoam everywhere. On top of that, half of the items of the desk I ordered was missing. Bax Music admitted this was their fault (after many e-mails back and forth), and that I could return the item for free and receive a refund. Due to the weight of the package (31 kg), they promised to send someone to pick up my package. According to Bax Music, they do this if an item weighs more than 25 kg. "Good" I thought. I'm not able carry it to a drop of point doe to a back injury, and the package doesn't fit in my car. First promised date: No pick up. Second promised date: No pick up. I get an e-mail, Bax Music has decided to not pick up the item. The first person I call hangs up in the middle of conversation. The second person leaves a message to administer a pick up. At this point, knowing the MO of Bax's support, I'm either expecting a reponse where they refuse to pick it up again (in contradiction with their own regulations ) or a new support employee forcing me into another round of copy + paste of earlier conversations with screenshots of their apologies, admittances, and broken promises. Why? Because I've already endured weeks of exactly that. All of this so that Bax Music can get their useless pieces of PVC wood back and issue a refund. And I'm using the word "useless" here in its proper sense: there is not even a remote possibility of assembly with so many items missing. No one in their right mind would knowingly purchase such a sorry mess, so either they're gonna get the items back and pull this scheme on someone else, or willfully draw this process out until I'm not eligible for a refund. I'm guessing they're gonna respond to this review the same way they do to others: lie. Perhaps they'll say all the items in the product ad was in the package (althought they have already admitted it isn't so), or that I have to take the item to a dropoff point—even though this isn't possible due to weight and size. In fact, they told me two times pick up was booked, before changing their minds: changing their minds not to follow their own policy. I'm not exaggerating when I'm saying the back and forth with this company have given me stomach ulcers: it is truly a process worthy of being called a "Kafkaesque nightmare". For the sake of your own health, do not shop at Bax Music. Let people you know not to buy anything from Bax Music. Feel free to share this review, I'll make sure to publish it in as many places as I can.
