“I've been using my Neumann NDH-30 headphones for the past week since purchasing from BAX. First off, thanks BAX for the amazing shopping experience! Easy ordering and lightspeed delivery. The headphones have been an absolute revelation, extremely transparent and no colour to speak of. Perfect reference headphones, no manufactured low, mid or high end. Only buy these headphones if your serious about your work!”

“Still waiting on refund after two items in my bundle weren't delivered. Customer services doesn't follow up and effective doesn't seem to want to action anything despite sending pictures that match couriers of only 1 box (pedals) not a digital piano and stand. Really poor service.”

“The strings sound good, despite being the shortest I have ever encountered! There was barely an inch of the D and G poking through the machine head, and I doubted whether they would hold. But they did. Interestingly, they arrived in the biggest box imaginable. In fact I thought it a stray pizza, at first. It was 18" x 12" x 3", and contained nothing but the shortest, but very good, strings. And why not?”
