“Although their equipment and price are good dead delivery, it's absolutely shocking, it never gets delivered on the day you select this is the fourth time this has happened to me with this company i have been told twice. I would receive a discount code for next time. And it never happens what are the other music companies would be better”

“I ordered a fender twin tonemaster B stock, which is basically a new amp that had been returned, and that is what it is, a new amp for an even better price than the already great prices. With swift shipping I couldn’t be happier, great company.”

“I bought 2 keyboards, both of which were showing in stock, and a delivery date of 2 days after order was given. When they hadn't arrived after 5 days, I rang the customer support number, and wasn't able to get through at all. I subsequently emailed, and after a day received a reply saying that one of the keyboards WASN'T in stock after all, and they had no idea when they would be able to get it. OK, that happens, I get it - though I would have been far happier if they had contacted me rather than waiting for me to chase it up. So, I replied explaining that I was under a time constraint to get the keyboard they couldn't supply, and asking them to cancel that part of the order and to process a refund as soon as possible, in order that I would have sufficient funds on my card to be able to buy one elsewhere. I got no response, no cancellation, and no refund. I emailed again and again: nothing. Eventually, I rang and just hung on: it took over 30 minutes for my call to be answered. In fairness, when I did, the representative did deal with my query efficiently, although at the time of writing the refund hasn't come through, but that's a normal banking delay, I hope. They have a wide range of stock, and their prices are great: but when things go wrong, their service - if you can reach it - is variable at best.”

“Don't believe stock levels. Ordered two items with Saturday next day delivery for a gig the following week. A day late processing so missed the Saturday for the Sunday rehearsal. Then Parcelforce couldn't deliver as it didn't have the correct address. Arrived a week late - missing the gig. One item broken and the other not included as it was actually on back-order and won't be available for a month. Farce.”

“My order wasn't dispatched until after 3pm on the day (24th) it was supposed to be delivered. I have contacted Bax Music customer services twice via email and had zero response. It is now the 30th and still no response and still no delivery.”

“I vowed not to use Bax music again after my first order this year took an age to ship!! I cancelled it. Then two weeks ago I ordered a guitar over £1000 and again shipping is woeful and been sitting with Parcelfarce days, I know this time it has been Christmas but companies smaller have been back to work for days now so no excuse for such lame service! Definitely my last order with this company Lee #Shocking !”
