If I could give no stars I would! I ordered an item on 7th January which should have been delivered on the 10th. It did not arrive. The tracking notice they sent me said 'adsvised' and has said that until now (25th January). I sent emails and tried calling with no response. Several days later I had an email saying they had started an investigation, so I dutifully waited and...nothing happened. I tried phoning again, no response. Eventually they sent me an email asking me to review them as I had my lovey new product..NOT! I also got another email several days later saying they were sorry for the delay but they had started an investigation (yes I know!!!). So eventually I sent this email. Hi. Has there been any progress on finding where my order is? It is now 12 days overdue and you started an investigation on Jan 16th, that's 7 days ago. I have to say that I am not happy about this. The project the item was for has had to be put on hold for now, a delay I did not need. Surely it doesn't take a week to find out where my item went! I ordered and paid for an item which I have not received. If that item was lost by your courier or in your system, that is not my problem. I have paid for and expect to receive the item I ordered or, receive a full refund. Now my preference is to receive the item, because I need that item! Could you not simplify matters and just send me another one? Clearly I am not going to receive the original otherwise it would have turned up by now, and if it does it may well be damaged, in which case I would have to suffer all the problems with returning it. I had hoped to have a great first time shopping experience with Bax, instead I have had a very poor one and very reluctant customer service. So this is likely to be my last shopping experience with you. Believe me no one is more disappointed than me. That was three days ago and guess what...no response. I'm just glad I paid with PayPal at least I have some chance of getting my money back. Want my advice? Avoid Bax music like the plague. I have bought lots of stuff online from various places and service has varied a bit, but always worked. Until I ordered from Bax. Now I understand things go wrong now and again, but its the total lack of customer service that really upsets me. Give them a wide berth and shop somewhere else.

product delivery time very good. product was incorrect ,even after i spoke to a staff member ,who still got it wrong. returning it is a night mere, Been on the phone for a week even sent a email and no reply back VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL I WANTED WAS TO RETURN IT , AS IT WAS NOT MY FAULT. tHE PRODUCT WAS INCORRECT. STILL WAITING TO RETURN IT, COME ON BAX CONTACT ME PLEASE........

More than £100 cheaper than the item was being sold for on Early Music. Delivery excellent. This recorder has a good tone and, for the price is an excellent instrument. The one I received had very stiff joints but I’m sure they will ease after time.

Fazley FYL200BSB-M Buttercup Having been looking for a cheap telecaster copy to modify I came across the Buttercup at half price, only £79! I looked at the spec and read the reviews and had to buy it. It arrived in a couple of days impeccably packed and I checked it over carefully. The description of the colour by Bax was Butterscotch Blonde but it is more of a mustardy colour, but not unattractive. The paint application was perfect, the matt finished neck needed no adjustment, the binding was spot on and the weight was as expected. The frets were nicely finished without any sharp ends but the 22nd fret around the top E wasn't seated properly(easily solved). After tuning and bedding in the strings I checked the intonation and didn't have to change anything. The string heights needed slight adjustment and I think I may need to shim the neck a little to get it perfect. The nut is a plastic item but appeared to have set up nicely. Plugging in to my amp the controls all worked as I expected and the pickups sounded as you would expect Chinese ceramic items to sound but the sustain was quite good. Undoing the control panel you find the usual cheap small pots and 3 way switch etc. I am about to upgrade the control panel, the bridge and a 6 saddle unit and put in Alnico 5 pickups. Later I may replace the machine heads but they are okay for now. All in all this is a brilliant guitar especially for a beginner or for modifying into an even better guitar for little cost.

I ordered one item and got delivered another. Wrong order details, no one answering the phone when trying to raise a claim or return. Worst buying experience I've ever had in my life.

I first ordered a keyboard stand from a well know online suppler that arrived and had to be put together to find parts missing. I returned the item immediately for very poor quality. I was so pleased to find Bax Music and ordered a keyboard stand, the quality of service communication was flawless, The Keyboard stand was well packaged and a quality product for the same cost. I would recommend Bax music and the quality product keyboard stand that i feel is value quality for the money that i am very proud to own, Thank You.

Although their equipment and price are good dead delivery, it's absolutely shocking, it never gets delivered on the day you select this is the fourth time this has happened to me with this company i have been told twice. I would receive a discount code for next time. And it never happens what are the other music companies would be better

I bought 2 keyboards, both of which were showing in stock, and a delivery date of 2 days after order was given. When they hadn't arrived after 5 days, I rang the customer support number, and wasn't able to get through at all. I subsequently emailed, and after a day received a reply saying that one of the keyboards WASN'T in stock after all, and they had no idea when they would be able to get it. OK, that happens, I get it - though I would have been far happier if they had contacted me rather than waiting for me to chase it up. So, I replied explaining that I was under a time constraint to get the keyboard they couldn't supply, and asking them to cancel that part of the order and to process a refund as soon as possible, in order that I would have sufficient funds on my card to be able to buy one elsewhere. I got no response, no cancellation, and no refund. I emailed again and again: nothing. Eventually, I rang and just hung on: it took over 30 minutes for my call to be answered. In fairness, when I did, the representative did deal with my query efficiently, although at the time of writing the refund hasn't come through, but that's a normal banking delay, I hope. They have a wide range of stock, and their prices are great: but when things go wrong, their service - if you can reach it - is variable at best.
