“I recently bought an Ovation Celebrity Elite guitar and some accessories (stands, capo and string winder from Bax. The website was very easy to use. I also had follow up e-mails and kept informed about delivery and customer care, which made the experience more personal than other similar sites. The order arrived within a couple of days, on the date specified. They were well packaged and labelled and everything was perfect. They also supply a handy companion guitar tutorial for free which has chord structures and instructions of how to set up and string your instrument with QR code links to videos . Very helpful for a novice.”

“I bought a Marshall ORI212a cab as a B-Stock item. It was in fantastic condition and at a much lower price than for a brand new one. Delivery was fast & free and the cab is a perfect match for my Marshall Origin 20 amp. Very happy with the product and the service from BAX.”

“Ordered three items, including a £500 mic, from Bax as the website said they were all in stock and I needed them urgently. On the day of arrival I get an email to say the mic was never in stock and they don’t know when it will be. Tried to call but they were “receiving a large volume of calls” blah blah. Replied to customer services email to ask for an immediate refund. No response. Then get another email saying delivery in three weeks time. I don’t have my money any more so can’t buy the mic from anywhere else. Today, a week after delivery was due I get an invoice. It has minuses on it indicating a refund, but no mention of a refund or apology or timescale for receiving my money. Smacks of customer service by AI bot. No contact, no communication. Never ordering from Bax again.”
