“it’s a great website and I got the exact product I was buying which is great! The downfall was the postage, I had hoped to receive it before Christmas and it was promised as to arrive before Christmas on the Thursday to be exact and it never arrived. It arrived on the Thursday the week after so it was a whole week late arriving! I was disappointed as was hoping to use it for Christmas.”

“Excellent service and delivery. Price okay for the savings of not having to use double end ball strings, which I think is steinbergers weak link. I would have liked a secure method of attaching an adapter. However, this was overcome with a few small dots of super glue, which can easily be undone if needed. I now have access to a full range of string gauges single ball strings, at half the cost.”

“Great service, quick delivery. But if i’m only buying guitar picks, would prefer a little jiffy bag that fits through the letterbox when I’m out, instead of a big box that i have to wait for in for the postman to deliver. I suppose a bigger box makes it harder for them to lose though”

“Unable to review product as still not delivered. Although this is my third purchase from Bax (nothing wrong with previous products other than a faulty guitar jack socket which I fixed myself), the delivery service from Parcel Force leaves a lot to be desired.”
