“The item was delivered very quickly and on time. No damage to box or item. Used the item over the weekend which was a drop pedal from digitek and it performed to high standards. Il use the company again and again for high customer care.”

“I have been constantly lied to and it’s an absolute nightmare trying to get your refund, it’s really hard to get in contact with the company and when you do finally get a response it’s just a lie that says you’ll have you refund in 5,7 or 10 days this then passes and no refund is ever issued. Please do not use this company, they are THE worst company I have ever dealt with. And yes I still don’t have any money back to date.”

“Bax lie consistently about delivery times. Ordered 2 guitars with approx delivery times of 4 days and 12 days. After 17 days no guitars, no communication and website shows still not in stock. I cancelled the order via email days ago and have heard nothing. Tried phoning them - good luck with that. They still have my money. Looks like legal action coming to recover my money and legal expenses.”

“Any 5 star reviews on here are faked, see facebook for a true reflection of this company, they somehow manipulate the reviews b on proper platforms you get to see the truth about BAX, I would implore anyone considering purchasing to do due diligence. This company are the worst i have encountered and judging by social media i am not alone. YOUVE BEEN WARNED”

“Bought pair Innox IVA MON-02 Studio Monitor Stands for my Pioneer Dm40s. Arrived very quickly. Outer package a bit knocked about (courier?) but inner box not so bad and stands undamaged. Very good quality stands. Nice finish and very heavy. Easy to put together and just the right size and height (adjustable). Included some non slip stickers but there could have been more of them at no extra effort as had to cut in two to make 8 - 1 each corner. Overall very pleased and good price.”

“I have purchased a T C Helicon play acoustic FX pedal and microphone.They came next day and in perfect condition.Have had various stuff from Bax and have returned various stuff. No problems with the products just it was not suitable for me,this allows to try before you buy. Just run off the returns slip take it down the post office and away it goes Simple, with refunds it has been back on my card when they have said.Hermes delivery has been very easy to track,i could track the truck coming down the road . People just need to read and follow instructions then no problems.Never had problems with Hermes, So all good from BAX i just keep going back due to price and service. cant beat it.”

“I leave this review after trying to call but not getting through to anyone and then sending 3 emails to which I have had no update or resolution to the Issues below. Firstly it was 2 days late in being delivered and then left in my back garden as I was out. This is Despite my having a secondary neighbours address available that they could leave it with. The outer box was also open!! Luckily it did not rain. This admittedly lays with the courier but builds on the issues. Secondly when I unpacked the guitar one of the strings (the A) was broken on the guitar, which I tried to report to Bax but got no answer from calling. I then took this to a guitar tech to restring he has found that the bridge is not set right and needs adjusting, so absolutely no QA done on this. The new strings and bridge adjustment are costing me a further £40 on top of the price I paid for the guitar and also a further week now until I can get it back completed. which does not leave me feeling that happy with the service or response to my issues.”
