“The guitar is well made. I have always wanted a Les Paul but could never afford one. This is a good copy and at 72 years old is a nice add to my 8 other guitars. The gig bag is just right for guitar. The packaging was excellent and undamaged plus gig bag was laid flat and not folded like others I've obtained. Thank you.”

“I have returned the item. Bax Music has kept the item I paid for and communication stopped. They don't reply to email, contact section on their weyis down. Basically I was robbed of my money. Complete SCAM.”

“The reason I bought the WP120 parlor guitar was because I had previously purchased a kit telecaster style and I was so happy with the telecaster that I thought I'd check their other built guitars and chose the parlor guitar. The guitar came very quick and I loved it straight away... It has a very nice sound more akin to a much more expensive guitar my only gripe was the neck had a backbow and made it quite difficult to play around the middle of the fretboard, I was a bit scared at first to adjust the truss rod but when I did the guitar now plays beautiful and it's such a nice guitar to play now. For 78 pound this guitar is amazing and all wood bone nut and bridge you just can't get a guitar of this quality for that price. I will definitely buy from bax music again... Maybe a banjo😉”

“I have purchased a couple of guitars and accessories from Bax Music and would have given 5 stars on every occasion. I have only given 4 stars for this purchase of guitar case as there is very small flaw on case but not very noticeable. My own experiences with Bax have been very good and I will continue to buy from them.”

“I wish I could leave a zero star review for this awful company. They don't meet their delivery standards, their customer service is terrible. I have a package missing that they wont refund or advise when delivery is due. They keep telling me it will arrive the next day, then the next, but despite the item still being in their hub they refuse to refund me and cancel the order as there is no way to stop the process once started. They cannot advise me when delivery will be and their customer service agents are liars.”

“We've been trying to create a contemporary worship space in our church using LED stage lighting. Changing colours manually is laborious, and inflexible, so we decided to invest in a DMX controller. Our church is also used as an Arts Centre, hosting comedy, drama, music and so on and so looking longer term when the antique stage lights are replaced with LEDs we wanted a controller that could deal with multiple universes and not require the DMX cables to be daisy chained. Having identified the Enttec Storm10 as the best fit for our needs, the next thing was to get the best price (we are not a wealthy church, and are desperately trying to raise a significant sum to pay for redevelopment including sustainable heating). Having shopped at BAX before they kindly sent me a 10% off voucher which I used against this item (which was already well priced). The item arrived quicker than I had expected and it is performing better than expected. Brilliant! I made up long DMX cables using CAT6 ethernet cable, and ethernet to DMX using CAT5 which plugged straight into the Storm10. We already have a network so linking the Storm 10 to our rather antiquated iMac was straightforward. After installing the free open source QLC+ software we were ready to go. A word for anyone thinking of doing the same, I wasted an afternoon trying to get the lights to go on when the problem was that QLC+ had been set up using "Universe1" and that is what I set the Storm10 to via its web interface, whereas it should been set to the the QLC+ universe minus 1. In other words "0". After doing that all worked well. Bear in mind that I'm a DMX newbie, the stuff is pretty easy to grasp. Thank you. P.S. If I win the draw, for £1000, it's going on the best drum isolation booth you stock - probably!!”

“I bought an upgrade ukele for my grandson for his birthday. The delivery was very prompt and the ukele was well protected in two boxes so arrived in perfect condition. Mr grandson is delighted and his new ukele has hardly been out of his hands since her got it.”

“Another good experience with Bax Music. Great Service and Communications. I'm very pleased and surprised at the quality of my new Michael Kelly Hybrid Guitar. I didn't expect it to be so good at what it does, even the piezo pickup is usable, somewhat rare in my experience. 've spent a lot more on guitars in the past and been a lot less pleased with the result. I recommend this wee guitar, very playable.”
