Seem to have sales nailed but not returns.

I could have fixed it myself, but didn't want to invalidate the warranty, so returned it using the Bax returns process with prepaid envelope etc.

The set was sold as "B-stock", which is merchandise in very good condition with signs of use, as is the case with returns/demonstration models.

This company is wholly incompetent. Customer service is appalling, returns procedure is worse. Use Gear 4 Music they are excellent.

So I contacted UPS directly to obtain the information for returns & forwarded this information to Bax to action, which they did & the parcels have been redirected.

Terrible customer service, awful returns process, you’ll have to jump through so many hoops, in the end I just thought it’s not worth it, write off the loss, they don’t want to help, just make it really difficult for the customer. I’ll never use Bax Music again.

I then spent the next 10 days trying to get in touch with them to start the returns process.
