“Ordered an Ortega hybrid electro-acoustic guitar. £300-400 mark. Persistent buzzing with one of the notes. very subtle so hadn't noticed immediately and threw away the packaging. Sub par quality for the price range and still waiting on Bax to reply to my email about how they can assist with the issue further. Also very cheap strings on the instrument which wore down and one even snapped within 48 hours.”

“Great Service....I’ll Be Bax 👌🎶 Ordered a new mixer, Pioneer DJM 750 Mk2, from Bax as i’d used them before, have a good reputation, and they were competitive price wise. Ordered before 3pm in order to get it the next day. As promised, it came the next day, very well packaged up, double boxed. Brilliant mixer, worth every penny. Quick, efficient and quality.”

I purchased a Fender The Pelt pedal and a Schecter C-1 Hellraiser guitar from these guys. They are definitely the cheapest on the internet at the moment and I would thoroughly recommend purchasing from them. Everything came well packaged and protected, all genuine items. The reason for 4* instead of 5 is as follows: * If you purchase and live in the UK, the delivery agent that they use is Hermes. Hermes, as many will be aware in the UK, are very substandard. Check your boxes when they arrive as they will no doubt have damage. Check your items inside for damage as well and report anything straight to BAX ASAP. The guitar arrived double boxed with the outside box having a large gouge in it. Thankfully, BAX clearly plan for this and the inside box was without damage. The guitar arrived in pristine condition. To sum up, purchase from these guys as they are the cheapest and delivery, albeit a few niggles, was not too bad. BAX can't help the standard of HERMES and that's how they keep prices lower than competitors.”

“The quality of the Ukulele case I ordered is great....Excellent product. Far exceeded our expectations. It was really well packaged in a huge box with plenty of cushioning inside. There was a very friendly service from a message I sent through Facebook when there was a glitch with the delivery, which I might say was no fault of theirs. When I said the Ukulele case was for my Husbands Birthday they wished him all the best too.”
