“Better than I had hoped. Very sturdy and good quality light stand at a great price. Bought to light up the stage in church and and along with my flood light it has made this possible. Delivery was quick. An all-round great company to deal with. Thankyou”

“Really pleased with our Innox IVA X-ST01 Scissor Mixer Stand. Its adjustable and sturdy. It folds up for easy transporting and looks aesthetically good/professional for gigging. Thanks to Bax Music for prompt delivery and careful packing. Would definitely recommend it.”

“Purchased a Pioneer DJ PLX-500 Turntable at the best price from BAX. Delivery was efficient and very well packaged. Contacted customer services about missing items but little help. Found the parts when preparing to send back as a return. If you buy this item, the pick-up etc is buried inside the styrofoam packing, not obvious. Now, very happy with my purchase, it's excellent quality and value for money.”

“I was 'bowled over' by the quality of my Faxley mandolin and service from Bax Music. The instrument arrived within a couple of days, carefully packed and in excellent condition. After a little setting up and tuning, I was 'up and running'. Great product, great price and great service. Thankyou Bax Music! 🙂”

“I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Bax Music. They have been pressuring me to pay a debt that I do not owe, despite providing all the necessary evidence to prove this. Their finance team seems completely incapable of properly investigating and resolving their own mistake, and it’s been impossible to speak to anyone who can actually help. This issue has been ongoing for years, causing unnecessary stress, and it’s clear that Bax Music has no interest in taking responsibility for their errors. If you’re considering doing business with them, be aware that their customer service is severely lacking, and they don’t seem to care about resolving issues that they themselves have created. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Bax Music. Their incompetence and disregard for customers is truly disappointing.”

“One of the best prices for a Juno X that I could find, but having never bought outside the UK before I was slightly nervous. However the communication from the company was top notch, answering a couple of questions I had before parting with my money. The packaging was excellent and the delivery time as promised, Will definitely be buying from BAX again. Thankyou !!”

“I have bought these speakers in the past & so new that by buying again I was going to get a great monitor. Ordering on the Bax web site was extremely easy & straightforward. The delivery was good, only a couple of days after ordering. So, all in all my buying experience at Bax is very good. As a note, this is the second time I have bought from Bax, the previous time was just as good as this order. FYI, prices are great as well.”
