“I am still waiting for delivery of a very small item. After phone call (hung on for over half an hour) and email about the delay as yet I do not know what is happening. Hermes were set to deliver then sent an urgent message that I should contact Bax. Still no satisfactory explanation.”

“I bought a flight case on the 14th of October and to date, I have not received it. I am extremely disappointed I made 3 calls to customer service and no one can give me any clues as to what as happened to my item. I don't think I'll recommend anyone to buy from this company I told them I want a full refund of my money”

“My (B stock) 20" Fazley Basic ride cymbal arrived reasonably promptly. There were some stains (hence B stock status) but I was able to dispel them with some white spirit. This item is a gift for a friend and provides pleasingly bright tones well above the standard of most entry level cymbals. Excellent value for money.”

“I ordered an Ampeg SVT 3 pro and a Gator 2u rack bag. At the time of order the bag was showing out of stock available in a few working days. I ordered Tuesday night, the amp arrived Thursday, a day earlier than expected and the bag arrived Saturday, again earlier than I expected. I cannot fault this service and I am extremely happy with the equipment.”

“Gibson Original Collection Les Paul Special was supplied with a missing toggle switch washer. Sorting stuff like this should be easy peasy for any competent customer service department. More than three weeks after emailing Bax customer service and they have yet to reply. I've had problems with Bax in the past. I should know better. This is the last time. Not just the missing washer though. It was delivered the day after the slot I'd booked. Par for the course when Hermes is the courier.”

“Being priced so low, I did not expect the quality of both products I ordered to be so attractively presented. Strongly constructed, the the 40cm microphone extending boom arm is lightweight, in superb black matt finish, and all moving parts robustly hold together. The Innox microphone stand carrier bag is well designed, strongly made (with good stitching!) and has an appealingly neat appearance. Delivery was a day earlier than scheduled; the undamaged packaging cardboard was of a safely thick heavy-duty construction. I have placed an order for further items from this company.”

“Half of my order did not turn up. A week has passed and it is impossible to reach anyone from the company. Missing two guitars and extras. I did receive the keyboard (which came with a European plug and not a UK plug, despite me ordering on the UK website as well as the keyboard stand. However, the other (more important part of the delivery) just never came. I feel conned and regret choosing Bax Music over the other options. Also, please beware: Bax Music do not return emails or answer calls. If there is a problem, good luck getting someone to help you. I have been on hold for 20+ minutes multiple times over multiple days; the phone cuts off (after being on hold for a long time). Again, emails go unanswered and no one answers the phone. Warranty seems useless if it's impossible to reach anyone. Worst online experience. I will be reporting them to trading standards and my credit card company. Again, please, please, please listen to the negative reviews. I wish I found these reviews before placing my order. I am suspicious about the positive reviews at this point. Far too many reviews describing the same experience as me.”

“I had never ordered from Baxx Music before so I was cautious when I seen the really good prices - too good to be true? However, I read some reviews and placed my order. The item I got was ideal, the only other similar product I could find was £85 more expensive! The item arrived a day early and was a perfect fit. I will be more than happy to place more orders through this site!”

“Arrived 5 days late. Had sent 2 emails to bax music which they didn't bother replying to. Box was damaged and an item missing and as if that wasn't enough the 2 synths I bought came with euro 2 pin plugs instead of UK 3 pin plugs. Cost me an extra 20 quid for adaptors and rack screws. Not impressed.”

“Price good but communications and delivery poor. No way to speak to anyone on phone and no response to emails. Hermes tracking didn’t work and when item turned up 3 days after original date, was just left at front door. No knock. No notice.”

“I had never heard of this company before, but I took a chance because they had the cheapest adjustable classical guitar stand on the market (Innox IGS 02 Folding Guitar Stand). Glad I did! First of all, express delivery, to one of the stores I selected, it takes literally two days. The product itself is very solid and great quality for this price, I paid only £8.55 with the delivery. Also well and safely packed. All purchase confirmations and warranty have been sent to my email. I would highly recommend!!!”

“Couldn’t change my delivery address on the website, so ordered it and emailed customer services to ship to new address. Emailed 3 times, no response, until UPS tried and failed to deliver. The timing of it meant that I now need it delivered to a third address, but I have no idea where my stuff is. Ordered on a Wednesday, trying to secure Friday delivery (order by 3pm, etc), and now more than a week later I still don’t have my stuff, and have no idea when or where it will be delivered to. Phoning is pointless, and basically no response from email. Never buying from Bax again.”

“Price was best I could find. There may be cheaper but I couldn't find it. What I was ordering was clear and the email confirmations were clear and accurate. Delivery arrived a day earlier than anticipated and was as expected. Well packaged and worked straight out of the box. Very Happy.”
