“Good product but when I got it I realised how easily I could break this and thought the metal version is way stronger for £10 but I'm using this on a light case so it's fine for that. If using on a heavy box I'd keep clear of this”

“It was very easy and quick to purchase the Fazely guitar. It was a entry level guitar, but set up very well. I've been setting guitars up and upgrading for 25 years, it did not take much for me to upgrade this guitar to a intermediate level. The price was amazing £71 approx for a Fazely Stratocaster. The delivery was just as amazing. I wished that I had come across Bax Music before. I do not flatter anyone or anything easily, it takes a lot to impress me. I strongly recommend getting your guitar from Bax Music.”

“Ordered a product that was promised next day delivery. 1 week on and it still hasn't arrived. Also waited in for a courier which never arrived. When I called Bax Music to inform them they didn't seem at all concerned just said that their website automatically says it will be a next day delivery but doesn't mean it is. Had I of known this I would have bought the product elsewhere. This experience has put me off using them for future products.”

“Arrived within 72 hours from Holland. The J bass plays like a dream. Just love the fiesta red finish. As a b stock product, I did notice a small scuff on the pickguard, near the truss rod adjuster. However this did not matter as I had planned to fit a black guard anyway. Great product great service and great price!”

“Ordered a lighting bridge truss. Arrived with no physical signs of any damage to the outer packaging. Started to assemble it only to find one of the clamping knobs damaged as well as one of the top hats. Immediately emailed customer service. After a few days and no reply (seems to be the normal), had no option but to put the stand into service (was bought for a job), and with no where to store the cardboard boxes, they were promptly put to recycling. Eventually a reply from Max -- they wanted the full thing back, just for the sake of a star knob and cap that would have fitted in a small envelope!!! Explained that the unit was now on a job and the packaging was gone, could they send just the replacement items -- was told NO!!! the full thing had to go back. What an absolute mega impact on the carbon footprint to send the very large boxes all the way back, to have a replacement one sent back out again, all for the sake of what could have been a very small box or Jiffy bag. Gave up trying to reason with Bax, and ordered replacements from Amazon. £9 for 12 of them!!. This is not the first time this has happened with stands from them. Will think seriously about ordering again due to poor customer service, considering the amount I have spent with them over the past couple of years.”

“The online reviews do not lie the Ibanez GB10EM has a beautiful rich sound and has great playability. It comes with packing underneath the saddle you need to really loosen the strings to remove. If you move the saddle position you have to reset the intonation which isn't hard just move the saddle forward to raise the note back to lower, so the note is the same open and the12th fret. Best to use a tuner for accuracy. Once sorted and a action lowered it's a dream. Service delivery and price from Bax is faultless.”

“Guitar was delivered promptly and well packaged. Wasn’t quite sure what to expect, being a fairly inexpensive guitar. Was expecting the action to be 2 inches high, and the fretboard to buzz and have dead spots. A trip to the Luthier was very much expected. HOWEVER; I couldn’t have been further from the mark. The action was awesome; as low as low can be (perfect for shredding at 666 mph). No fret buzz, no sharp fret ends, no knots in the finger board. The PUPs are generic Humbuckers, but they chug adequately. Hardware is good, strings are a bit naff (and leave black marks on your fingers), but hey; you should be expecting to change the strings anyway. The guitar is absolutely good to go. Perfect for the beginning player, or can be used as an awesome modding platform for the more experienced player. Well done Bax and Fazley 🤟. It’s a shame the white version has been discontinued.”

“Tracking didn't work during delivery and I had to phone when item didn't arrive on expected day, eventually arrived the next day. A little disappointed when I opened my outer packaging to find the inner packaging of my £850 purchase squashed at one end and also covered in dust. Surely a couple of minutes to inspect and clean the box before packing wouldn't be asking too much? Luckily there was no damage to the unit due to the manufacturers internal protection. Further disappointment when I unpacked to find it was fitted with a Euro plug instead of a UK 3 pin plug so I had to contact Bax Music again and am now waiting on delivery of the correct power lead before I can test my new purchase. Its the little details than can make all the difference.”

“Product and service as expected but guys, come-on. The packaging was way over size for the contents of a pack of strings and a string winder that I expected to arrive in a jiffy-bag style envelope. As such delivery was delayed beacuse the post-office couldn't deliver as I was out at work. I will definitely think twice before ordering again.”
