“Just bought an Ibanez grg121dx from Bax Music. It is fantastic, best guitar for the money on the market, Easy to play and sounds amazing. Bax Music sell it cheaper than anybody else, great value, with no compromising on build quality. The service, that Bax Music provided was first class, ordering was easy and straight forward. Delivery was on time, and the guitar was incredibly well packaged, arriving in AAA+++ condition. Apart from a little tuning (as can be expected from transit) the guitar was ready to play straight out of the box. I would recommend This guitar to learners and experienced players alike, and Definitely recommend Bax Music to all considering ordering from the internet. Thank you Bax Music”

“Bought a Konig and Meyer 167 tuning hammer from Bax, having looked at the comments on the Chinese rubbish on eBay. It is excellent - have tuned the piano (first time I've tried this) with the aid of a tuning app called, amusingly, Soundcorset. The whole piano was 'flat' after many years of neglect, so I had to retune every key. Still flushed with success. The 167 comes with three different socket ends, so no fear of it not fitting. Lovely piece of kit.”

“Ordered an Ortega hybrid electro-acoustic guitar. £300-400 mark. Persistent buzzing with one of the notes. very subtle so hadn't noticed immediately and threw away the packaging. Sub par quality for the price range and still waiting on Bax to reply to my email about how they can assist with the issue further. Also very cheap strings on the instrument which wore down and one even snapped within 48 hours.”

“Great Service....I’ll Be Bax 👌🎶 Ordered a new mixer, Pioneer DJM 750 Mk2, from Bax as i’d used them before, have a good reputation, and they were competitive price wise. Ordered before 3pm in order to get it the next day. As promised, it came the next day, very well packaged up, double boxed. Brilliant mixer, worth every penny. Quick, efficient and quality.”

I purchased a Fender The Pelt pedal and a Schecter C-1 Hellraiser guitar from these guys. They are definitely the cheapest on the internet at the moment and I would thoroughly recommend purchasing from them. Everything came well packaged and protected, all genuine items. The reason for 4* instead of 5 is as follows: * If you purchase and live in the UK, the delivery agent that they use is Hermes. Hermes, as many will be aware in the UK, are very substandard. Check your boxes when they arrive as they will no doubt have damage. Check your items inside for damage as well and report anything straight to BAX ASAP. The guitar arrived double boxed with the outside box having a large gouge in it. Thankfully, BAX clearly plan for this and the inside box was without damage. The guitar arrived in pristine condition. To sum up, purchase from these guys as they are the cheapest and delivery, albeit a few niggles, was not too bad. BAX can't help the standard of HERMES and that's how they keep prices lower than competitors.”
