“Guitar arrived in an unplayable condition with bad fret buzz at the nut end of the fretboard. Bax offered a return/exchange/refund, but I decided to keep it and adjust the truss rod and bridge myself. If you are not experienced in guitar setups then be prepared to return the guitar or pay a luthier to do it for you.”

“I cannot fault the service from Bax,first class. The Höfner Club Bass is a dream to play,with a lovely finish.Any issue I have is with Parcel Force,the box was very badly damaged and the driver left very quickly but due to the brilliant packing there was no damage.”
