Recently purchased the Roland FP10 with a set of Devine headphones. Best price available and easy to navigate website with informative and clear information provided. Delivered in time stated and excellent communication with updates via email. Overall extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely use Bax Music again in future

Delivery was arranged for Monday 15th January but parcel force track and trace system.was showing no updates. I called Bax music and it took 20 mins to get through to an agent who was pretty unhelpful. I called parcel force and they advised they hadn't even collected my parcel. I had to take 2 days off work at a very busy time of the year. Eventually in Tuesday 16th Jan the parcel force website was updated and advised my item would be delivered between 11.23am and 12.23pm. My parcel was eventually delivered at 14.05pm. Bit impressed.

Ordered a B stock flight case for my Touchmix 30. Item arrived quickly and tbh I cant find any reason it was B stock, couldnt find any faults at all. Quick service and well packaged. Would recommend.

My purchase was 5 days late, and unfortunately a present for my daughters birthday ,which was missed. I tried contacting Bax music by email, and phone, but had no response either way. Very poor.

I recently bought a Tascam CD-400U DAB Media Player from Bax-shop (the second time I've ordered with them). I've seen some other reviews complaining about the timeliness of orders and customer service, and can only say that my experience has been overwhelmingly positive; great prices, stuff turns up in agreed time-frame and good customer service. Recommended!

Purchased Glorious Record Rack (330) at very competitive price. From order to delivery process was simple and BAX kept me informed on status of order and delivery. Delivered on time. Item packaged well - box within a box and even though the outer box was ripped down several edges (most likely courier) the main box was protected. Product was excellent sturdy and easy to assemble. Happy with purchase.

Very poor experience with BAX Music. Payment taken before I received my order. My order failed to arrive when promised. Subsequent promised delivery dates were not met. Call backs from Support staff never happened and promises made were broken. When it finally looked as though my order had been lost they agreed to dispatch another one however would not say when I would receive it just given a vague “ hope” date with dispatch promised “as soon as possible” i.e no date. I then said I wished to cancel my order but they wouldn’t let me so I’ve had to contact my Credit Card Company and raise a Section 75. A very bad experience with BAX Music and will certainly never be buying from them again.

I bought a table top music stand Konig & Meyer 12400. The item arrived later than expected as the delivery was advertised as Parcelforce 24. When it did arrive on January 8 the exterior package was compromised and a very large hole was present and the content (the stand itself) a much smaller box was rattling around inside as there was no packaging. So, someone thought it appropriate at Bax to send my item without packaging within an unnecessary very large box which I'm itself got torn opened. My wife accepted the package on my behalf as she thought she was doing the right thing. I wouldn't have. Is the music stand okay. Yes it is. But please more appropriate packaging.

Like many here I have suffered a catalogue of issues and seem to be nowhere near sorting them out. Briefly, I bought a PA, it wasn't fit for purpose at anything over one-third volume. Returned it. Got a brand new one which was exactly the same. So asked for a refund as it wasn't fit for purpose. I was offered a 3rd, refused, and spent many weeks back and forth before finally getting help after writing to the UK CEO. It was accepted that it wasn't fit for purpose and I was offered a credit to the full amount. Was then asked to pay for the return, before finally getting a pre-paid label. Returned the item and some 6 weeks later it turned up back at my door, as 'repaired' despite the agreement in place. So that has now gone back again and now they have emailed to say they are knocking ÂŁ25 off any credit, no reason and when asked they couldn't provide one and are still searching for the reason. The customer service team does not appear to record anything or check the statuses of orders and simply sends out wonderful generic emails which only make them look worse. I have had enough, no more credit notes, I want my money back and I can then draw a line under this debacle.

I ordered an item paying extra for the 2-day delivery and it still hasn't arrived yet 10 days later... Bax have the cheek to send me an email asking me to review my purchase! Haha! This company is a joke! Bax can't tell me when my item should arrive, and they gave me a parcel tracker code that doesn't even work. I should've listened to all the bad reviews of Bax on Trust Pilot (eg a guy saying his guitar hasn't arrived 6 weeks after ordering it) but I wanted to give them a chance. I will not be ordering from them again – first and and last time. I'll continue to use Thomann instead because they are more reliable and very reputable.

I have used Bax Music twice and have found them to be well priced and very helpful, I have no issue with my orders so have not had to contact their customer support so can not comment of that. If there was anything negative it is that the delivery times are a little long but not excessive. 100% satisfied.

Worst customer experience ever, just confusion, at one point blamed me of selecting a product that was out of stock when I went out of my way to use their web filter to show items in stock, even selected a guitar in a different colour so I got one currently in stock. Bax asked me if I had taken a screen shot before ordering to prove I had selected a stocked item! so basically "Mr Customer you are telling lies" The guitar never arrived on the date shown in the tracking, what actually arrived was a 60 cm box full of plastic packaging an an A5 7 page booklet on guitar maintenance, never ordered it, don't want it and actually its not of any use. I rang the UK on two occasions for support and at one point I was asked how it should be resolved. I had to point out that was with BAX to resolve not me! How a company in 2024 considers it is OK to send that size of box with packaging and there is a booklet inside escapes me? All the info provided by BAX was misleading and or incorrect. When a customer gets an email stating "good news your item has been dispatched" I guess you would think the guitar ordered had been shipped, NO this actually means we have shipped an a5 booklet, no guitar and have no idea when we can send and oh and by the way we have taken payment on a product that we do not have and have no idea when we will be able to ship. I have still not got an explanation, at no point did BAX contact me to let me know there was a problem with the stock or delivery and I requested that someone ring me back to discuss, that got a blank NO. I suggest you take a look at the BAX web site before proceeding with anything, it look like their service promise is based on luck however when it goes wrong Huston you really do have a problem as the customer service in my experience is the worst I have ever had to endure. At the time of writing, no reply, no resolution, payment taken and no guitar in sight Don think that actually equates to a single star!
