“Product and service as expected but guys, come-on. The packaging was way over size for the contents of a pack of strings and a string winder that I expected to arrive in a jiffy-bag style envelope. As such delivery was delayed beacuse the post-office couldn't deliver as I was out at work. I will definitely think twice before ordering again.”

“My guitar and amp arrived exactly on the day that Bax Music said it would. I was very impressed with how meticulously the equipment was packaged. Protected to the highest degree. Both in excellent condition. Extras like strap, book, subscription, lead, all there. I was impressed with the whole process from ordering to receiving, plus the beautiful condition of the goods. I would not hesitate to use Bax Music again or to recommend them. Oh and a good price too.”

“Delivered product on time and quickly, I was a bit apprehensive about ordering through them at first as I’d not heard of them before, their price was the best and the reviews about them changed my mind and I wasn’t disappointed. Would use them again no problem”

“The website description matched the Vonyx ST014 PA that arrived with its wireless microphone. We simply needed a bit of a boost for speech in a hall and it has worked perfectly for a low cost. The unit was well packaged and arrived a day earlier than estimated too. Good price and good service. Thanks.”

“you have asked "how do you like your showtec mammoth stairs ?" i wouldn't know because 10 days later they still have not arrived ! this is your courier problem ,courier collected from you next working day (Monday ) and by Friday i get a message from them saying the item is loaded on the van ! they still are not out for delivery 10 days later ! Amazon ,Andertons, Gak etc.. etc.. next day delivery no problem , you really need to look at your courier they have held the item for 5 days and it still has not arrived ... and when calling you you say this is normal ? youre lagging behind the competition and now the festival the steps were for is over . very poor service”
