“Bax took my money 27th March, my flightcase has now disappeared into some kind of Parcelforce limbo, and Bax are not replying to my emails asking what is going on.”

“Although their equipment and price are good dead delivery, it's absolutely shocking, it never gets delivered on the day you select this is the fourth time this has happened to me with this company i have been told twice. I would receive a discount code for next time. And it never happens what are the other music companies would be better”

“Not happy at all. I have not received my item that cost over £300. No information about where it is or what’s happening. I may never use Bax again. I have been waiting patiently for nearly two weeks!”

“I have purchased the odyssey flight case for my flx10, for the price I have paid, I am pretty disappointed with the quality especially the finish around the angle joints, they are not flush, rather some are sticking out, I don't think this was caused during transportation, even though the box has had a knock and there is a hole on one side. The sticking parts are at opposite sides.”

“Hi there we ordered a lightweight keyboard for our children to practice before their next piano lesson. We ordered the keyboard on a Thursday and paid £9.99 for it to be delivered next day, or by Saturday it said, and it came the following Tuesday! The keyboard is fabulous the kids use it every day but the service could be better.”

“First I did not know I was charged £5.95 for postage and packing until I finished with payment. I went on customer service to cancel, I did this 5 times and they did not answer, they just sent the items. I thought it was free P&P your help and customer services are a Joke”

“Almost two weeks and still no sign of my delivery. Stuck in a DX depot. Maybe good in the Netherlands but avoid in the UK. Just look at the other reviews. I hope they will fix this soon!”

“Bax have sent me a request to post a review. 8 working days after placing the order (in stock 3 day delivery stated, also see below) I am still waiting to get it. According to parcelforce it’s been sitting in their delivery hub 1.1 miles (google maps) from my home since Tuesday night. It’s now Thursday… annnoying having to rearrange 3 days in a row to be in to receive the order, with Tuesday being the chosen delivery date, which was the day after the earliest one on offer. A recent previous experience with parcelforce is the same as my current 3 day wait, so my small sample size is they are 100% very late. Hope to get my item soon.”

“When the guitar wasn’t delivered I rang bax, and I got through for them to say there was a delay and to call back in two days, so I called back when they said but I couldn’t get through. I checked with parcel force, and it was a 10 day delay before it arrived. I found it very frustrating, and bax need to communicate to their customers more and get more staff to answer the phone! Difficult but not impossible!”

“5 Stars for the Innox PB 50W Piano Bench. Excellent quality and vrey good price. 2 Stars for delivery time and customer service. Their website says 2 to 3 days delivery time and it took a 9 days. When I contacted customer service I didn't get a reply.”

“Seven days later and I still haven't received my item after being told it was on its way.....I suppose it's more a case of bad service from Parcelforce but I asked Bax about the hold up four days ago and heard nothing...something I've got used to dealing with them....😩”
