Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire is a friendly and reliable business with almost two decades of experience in the marquee hire industry. We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border.

We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor. In addition to our stunning marquees we also offer a wide range of event furniture (tables, chiavari chairs and plastic bistro chair hire), dance floor hire (parquet & black/white dance floors), a variety of lighting and LED bar units. For those colder days we can also provide a marquee heater.

“When we met with you in 2019 we had no idea it would be 2022 before you’d get to install the absolutely stunning capri marquee for our event. The guys who installed and removed it were efficient, friendly and professional. What an impact the marquee made on the guests as they entered our garden. It stayed firmly in place over a couple of windy nights, and gave us a beautiful space for our event. The fairy lights were such a wonderful bonus and made the marquee look even more gorgeous in the evening. We would not hesitate to recommend Bay Tree Events and hope to have reason to have one of your marquees in our garden again.”

“Thank you Marcus and Bay Tree Events once again for very efficient and top quality service. Your team were as professional and as friendly as always and they made a superb job of setting up the marquee for us. The party was a huge success and the marquee well used - shade from the heat while eating ( who would have predicted that!!) and a great dance area for the rest of the evening!! Everyone said how stunning the marquee looked in the evening with the fairy lights. A really great space!! We will be booking you again for next year👍🏆”

“Fantastic efficient service. Marcus was a pleasure to deal with, such a nice guy. Set up and clear up with a smile. The Capri tent was superb for our party 🎉 and the lighting Marcus set up was excellent for dancing all night. Shall definitely use Bay tree again. 👍”

“Fantastic all round! The team setup up the Marquee and all internal lighting the day before our wedding along with table and chair delivery. It was exactly what we wanted for our outdoor style wedding in May. We were advised on best size for space and people attending which worked out perfectly and we were very impressed with how it all looked once setup, it was perfect for us.”

“Bay Tree Events is a superb company and I have no hesitation in recommending them. From first contact with Marcus to the taking down of the Marquee he and his team were excellent. Nothing too much trouble for them. Responsive, considerate, hard working, friendly, flexible. In this day and age where you have to, unfortunately, chase people, argue with them, struggle to get hold of them, it has been so refreshing engaging a company with 'old fashion' values where they work for the customer rather than the customer having to fit in with them. “I very belatedly decided on having a marquee for my son's 18th Birthday party! I called Marcus on a Friday in November (a week before the intended date). He came round the following Monday - marquee erected on Wednesday - Party on Friday with over 100+ teenagers! - Marquee came down on the Tuesday. I could not have picked a better company for hosting the party. Marcus even texted on Saturday to see how the party went - what great customer service. The guys who helped put up the marquee were great - let my dogs run amok as they wanted to join in. The marquee had everything the teenagers needed - the flashing lights, sound system for them to plug in their music, cubed seating and was apparently the best 18th party of the year... This wouldn't have happened without Marcus and his incredible team of organising this at short notice. Thank you very much from us and the happy 18th year old!”

“We hired a marquee for my 50th birthday party from Bay Tree Events . Marcus was amazing from the first minute ! Very helpful and professional. Great advice about size and equipment. Marcus came out to look at the venue to ensure us we picket the right marquee and flooring . Nothing was too much for him and his team ! Five stars plus . Spot on with the timings- great Bonus that the marquee went up on a Wednesday for the party on Saturday. Marcus , thank you so much again . You helped to make my birthday celebrations unforgettable.”
