Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire is a friendly and reliable business with almost two decades of experience in the marquee hire industry. We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border.

We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor. In addition to our stunning marquees we also offer a wide range of event furniture (tables, chiavari chairs and plastic bistro chair hire), dance floor hire (parquet & black/white dance floors), a variety of lighting and LED bar units. For those colder days we can also provide a marquee heater.

“Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Marcus and his team were professional and efficient, and the marquee looked great! We had to panic call Marcus the day before the wedding looking for an extra marquee as it was due to be pouring with rain on our big day, he saved the day by bringing us his last marquee and was there within the hour too. Thanks so much for rescuing us and making sure such a big part of our day went so smoothly! Ashley & Ed”

“Marcus and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We weren't sure what size or type of marquee would work best in our garden and Marcus was so helpful in helping us figure out the best configuration to maximise the space and create the best impact. The set up and take down were done swiftly and efficiently and the whole thing looked amazing. I was especially grateful that we could hire everything we needed from them - lights, staging, a heater in case it got chilly, tables and chairs, even a glitter ball! Highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again next time we need a marquee.”

“This company is fabulous and I would highly recommend. The service from the initial phone call to the event installation and collection have been a seamless and easy process. The team were exceptionally professional and friendly. The price was also very competitive. We needed a marquee to host a Company BBQ and chose the Capri style for a less formal approach. The style suited the event perfectly and we received many compliments on the day. We will certainly book with Marcus and Bay Tree events for our next party. “Bay Tree Events provided the marquees for my wedding and I could not have been happier. Marcus and his team were very professional but also great fun and they took a huge amount of the stress out of organising the reception which was not in an easy location. I felt their quote was very good value, they were speedy with returning emails and calls plus very willing to change things as the reception planning progressed. The marquee looked lovely, we had everything we wanted and what impressed me as much as anything was the consideration and care they took not only in setting up the marquee but in taking it down given we had it at a friend's house. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Just need to find an excuse to use them again, which after this hellish lock down time I will ...maybe not another wedding though, that would be greedy.”

“What a great company and great people. We trusted Marcus with our wedding reception and he was a joy to work with, he visited our garden and agreed with us what would be best. He added some good suggestions, had all the equipment and more we needed and the installation and de-installation went as smooth as butter. Couldn't be more happy with them. “What an amazing party we had (!), much thanks to the great marquee, tables, chairs, heaters and electrics provided by Bay Tree. Marcus and his team were brilliant in every way and helped us size and shape the marquee, and lay out the inside. They installed everything quickly and on time, and bespoked the window locations/numbers on the day. They even created a 'run-way' out of carpet, that linked the marquee to our patio and our 'log-cabin'. Everyone remarked how stunning it was. Importantly, they turned up as agreed to take everything away on time, which meant our lawn didn't suffer badly. Thank you Marcus!”

“Just wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Marcus and all the guys at Baytree for all their hard work in making our outdoor wedding marquee look spectacular!!! From the initial enquiry all the way through to the big day, Marcus went out of his way to help and offered really useful advice and guidance on choosing the marquee. He is super responsive so any questions got answered honestly and transparently in no time at all. “Well what can I say - above and beyond !!! Marcus and his team were brilliant.....from the initial contact through to the take down and removal Bay Tree Events were fantastic. Marcus even contacted me while he was on holiday!!! We had a Capri Marquee for our daughters 18th birthday party and it looked amazing with all the lights and furniture. Thought it would be over our budget to have such a fabulous marquee but Bay Tree is so reasonably priced we had lots of options. Thank you Marcus and your team - can't recommend you enough! Will definitely be using you again for our sons 18th which is coming up this year.”

“Superb! Marcus and the team made the whole experience of organising my daughters 21st party stress free. The capri marquee fitted perfectly and looked really special in the evening with the lights and the poseur tables. “We had the most beautiful marquee and the service received from Marcus and his team was absolutely top notch. The quote was extremely competitive and really good value. They are highly experienced, professional and knowledgeable. Our marquee connected to our house and it was virtually seamless as they kept the floor at the same height. The decoration, lighting, dance floor, bar and seating was perfect and I cannot recommend them highly enough - they took all the stress out of organising a big party and had great recommendations for catering too! You will not be disappointed.”

“So happy with the marquee for our 50th party. Marcus and the team were so helpful and super efficient. It looked spectacular with a black sparkly roof lining over the dance floor and white roof lining with fairy lights for the rest of the space. The heater and lighting were very effective and easy to use. I had so many compliments and would definitely recommend and use Marcus and Bay Tree again.”
