Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire is a friendly and reliable business with almost two decades of experience in the marquee hire industry. We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border.

We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor. In addition to our stunning marquees we also offer a wide range of event furniture (tables, chiavari chairs and plastic bistro chair hire), dance floor hire (parquet & black/white dance floors), a variety of lighting and LED bar units. For those colder days we can also provide a marquee heater.

“We hired a Marquee for our Wedding party and we just cannot get over how incredible it looked! Marcus arrived the day before to set up the marquee and during this he walked us through how the extra walls worked and what to do when the event was over. The marquee itself was absolutely stunning, and it was one of the main things that our guests were talking about!”

“Marcus and the team had provided a marquee for my wife's 40th a few years ago - they were great and so were the obvious choice for my 50th. They were brilliant; always available to talk through options (lights, dance floor, tables, chairs) and making suggestions throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone contemplating an event ... they really did take the pain out of the process. Thanks chaps!!”

“Marcus & the Bay tree events team have been fantastic, firstly in the lead up to our wedding with advice & planning, then the set up was done very professionally by a friendly team who ensured any little tweaks needed to make the marquee fit the very tight space and link up with steps etc were done seamlessly and then a speedy take down with no issues or evidence it had been there. I also overpaid and Marcus was super speedy letting me know.”

“Brilliant job again This is the second time we have used Marcus and his team and we were again not disappointed. We had to postpone our party twice due to COVID restrictions, but Marcus worked so hard to find new dates which worked for us. The Capri marquee was stunning and was just what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and the team are completely professional. I hope we can find an excuse to use them again!”

“We were really impressed with all our dealings with Marcus and Bay Tree Events. We had to reschedule our party but Marcus accommodated us without any drama. “I hired Baytree marquees for my wedding and they were superb. Marcus was really easy to deal with, communicating regularly and gave me really honest advice about which marquee to go for. He went above and beyond to help when I had problems with the cabling and the guys erecting the marquee were quick, professional, friendly and tidy. I will definitely use them again if I have another event.”

“Wow, I am completely blown away with the service we received from Marcus and Bay Tree events for our wedding on the 14th August 2021. As our wedding was on the Saturday, Marcus and his team set up the marquee on the Thursday so we had 1.5 full days to dress it before the wedding. The team were friendly and efficient and the marquee was up in no time. What I will say is the pictures dont do the marquee justice! It was absolutely beautiful, spacious, elegant design with very minimal yet very classy tables and chairs. We were so so impressed and it looked so much better than I was expecting! Such a beautiful reception venue and all my guests agreed! I even miscounted the chairs and Marcus went out of his way to deliver the 2 I was short on the day of the wedding! Marcus couldn't do enough for us and I was so pleased with the service I received. Thank you so much Bay Tree Events i would recommend you to everyone going forward!”

“We hired our wedding marquee through Bay Tree and they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process - enquiry, booking, questions, ammendments and setup/collection. Marcus would reply to emails in a very timely manner and was always very informative. We were very happy with the price, and were very grateful when Marcus allowed us to ammend our booking the day before the wedding due to weather changes. Very happy couple - 5* service!”

“Absolutely faultless, can't recommend enough. Marcus communicates so efficiently and is always on hand to answer any queries, he is straightforward and honest to deal with. The marquee itself was perfect and great quality, and the lighting that was included in the booking really looked the part. “We contacted Bay Tree events - and from the start their communication was so positive and responsive - Marcus and his team erected and tool down the Marquee so expertly, and supported us with extras (chairs tables etc) All of our guests commented what a beautiful marquee it was- it was magical at night with the lighting that was provided ( even though we forgot to switch some of it on) We would definitely recommend Bay Tree Events (and especially Marcus) to anyone who wants a quality marquee provided with professionalism and care. I would definitely use them again - just need to come up with an excuse for another party!”
