Bay Tree Events - Marquee & Furniture Hire is a friendly and reliable business with almost two decades of experience in the marquee hire industry. We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border.

We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor. In addition to our stunning marquees we also offer a wide range of event furniture (tables, chiavari chairs and plastic bistro chair hire), dance floor hire (parquet & black/white dance floors), a variety of lighting and LED bar units. For those colder days we can also provide a marquee heater.

“Professional, Quick, Friendly. Would use and recommend again. We used the Capri marquee which was recommended by Marcus and it made our COVID wedding amazing .. it changed our garden into a wedding Venue! It’s the future for weddings. Bay Tree them selves didn’t put a finger wrong even via email. If you want a professional company who deliver I couldn’t recommend a better company. I will be using them again (when we’re aloud to party again) Thanks again bay tree for the service”

“Thank you so much for making my birthday a great success!! The marquee was beautiful and the tables, and chairs were all of excellent quality. “We had a Clearspan marquee through Bay Tree Events for an eighteenth birthday party last month and it was a huge success. The communication with Marcus was excellent, his advice on size of marquee and dance floor etc was great and everything was delivered, assembled and taken down exactly to plan (despite snow falling on the day it was put up!) All the staff were extremely professional and worked really hard. The quoted price was very competitive and not only would we recommend them to friends, we have already booked them for another event.”

“Excellent company, Bay Tree worked with us for the duration of our booking, even though we changed our date and order multiple times before the day of our wedding. The marquee itself looked fantastic and everything was provided exactly to our requirements. “We used Marcus for our 60th Party. They were absolutely brilliant. They were, punctual, professional and thorough. The marquee was erected and dressed in half a day and the same when it was taken down. I would not hesitate to recommend Marcus and his team and will most definitely use them again. Job well down.”

“We had Bay Tree Events for the marquee for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Marcus and his team provided us with superb venue, complete with dance floor, for nearly 80 family and friends. What impressed us in the first place was the care and attention that Marcus gave to planning the layout and siting of the marquee. Nothing was too much bother, even a spot of tree work to ensure that we could get our preferred location! The staff were thoroughly professional. The end result was a perfect place to celebrate our 50 years marriage. Jean & Duncan”

“Marcus from Bay Tree Events has been fabulous, they are a quality outfit and extremely helpful and professional company. We had a large bespoke built marquee for my husbands 40th in November 2019 with 150 guests. Marcus was so helpful, answering questions, providing lights, dance floors, more seating etc, nothing was too much trouble and he was quick and polite to respond. The marquee was top quality and beautifully lined with curtains and colourful up-lighters, we had a star light ceiling and it looked like a night club in there! It was lovely and warm inside and Marcus was totally flexible putting exits where we needed and making a bespoke adjoining link tunnel to the house. The party was brilliant and everyone loved the marquee, we will definitely use Bay Tree again, highly recommend.”
