Nothing gets sent right, team does not bother to write anything down and so you get repetitive errors. Items sent don't fit the item they were ordered for. Given up trying to get the right items for existing BC products. If I had known BC Aus were just jap I would not have bothered placing and order in the first place.....

Wrong information and given the wrong links to the wrong parts which I ordered that didn't fit my coilovers. Guess I should have realised when I gave the BC part number for the Coilovers I have and got asked what there brand is! Correspondance via email took forever to get a reply!!

Was not happy that my order which cost $1850 arrived incorrect as my build sheet was not recieved un-be-known to me as I had trouble with my payment going through even though the money was in my acct. I was quoted 35% restocking fee and over 1k to get the parts that I wanted to make up my coil overs. The price fir I wanted was then increased and I was told that the old price would be honoured if I wanted to buy another set!. Call me ungrateful but I am used to better customer service. I am now stuck with a set of coilovers that I am going to lose big bucks on or sit and collect dust. I am sure BC could have done much better on the cost to help fix the problem. I am a qualified mechanic in the trade for 35 years, I race this car and I talk to a lot of other trades and car people. I am sure BC will counter this review by saying they were not to know there was a build sheet. True, but they could have done more to fix cost wise.

After being a BC customer for a few years now on all my previous vehicles and current one, my most recent coilover experience has been shocking. I ordered some custom spring rate coilovers for my jzs171 crown and the fronts are terrible. The car is so ridiculously bouncy. My front wheels quite literally leave the ground over any bump at any speed. I’ve never had this issue on my previous cars or any of my mates cars. My thought is that the coilovers weren’t valves correctly for the spring rate I ordered, so I got in contact with BC to discuss what the issue is and I was told to just buy the standard spring rates instead, and offered no other assistance. Why would you as a company even offer custom spring rates if you’re not gonna cater to them. I know reviews like this will probably just get swept under the rug but this has been frustrating enough for me to say I won’t be a returning BC customer anymore.

I am unhappy with the product. The shocks squeak and groan when I go over bumps in the road. Also, the shock absorbers' performance to absorb a small pothole in the road is inadequate even when turned to the softest setting. The car loudly shakes and I think the chassis deforms slightly because I can hear the door seals move going over a bump due to low shock resistance. I don't normally give negative reviews but since these are advertised as a quality product demanding a high price I honestly expected a better quality product. In addition, the rear locking mechanism, despite tightening it as hard as I can twice has become loose causing the ride height to lower over time. I am disappointed to say I am considering selling these second-hand and buying simple OEM original shocks for the entire car.

Unfortunately wasn't a great experience for me. Waited 4 weeks for them to start and then went to fit yesterday and the rear didn't fit on one side. Factory body car no other issues, put the other rear one into same side and had no issues. I feel like it was two rh side ones, or vice versa. Not overly impressed as i had already sold my previous coilovers so had to make these fit.

Due to a logistic issue from our international warehouse unfortunately your shipment was delayed beyond our advertised timeframe that we normally endeavor to meet. Took about 5-6 weeks to arrive and i never got tracking. Was told 7-14 days
