“Packaging provided (gifting box) was not as advertised, also damaged upon arrival. When contact was made to supplier to address issue i got a very short reply of the option to return product. Poor customer service.”

Hi Patrick, we apologise your experience wasn't particularly great with us. We did explain that the packaging may vary from Brands as they update packaging every couple of years and it may have been new or older style packaging you have received which may differ from pictures. All products are still provided with their official brand's packaging and we wanted to resolve this for you by giving you the option to return if you weren't happy with the packaging which we were happy enough to return to you. This option is still available to you.

“I must confess to being a little disappointed when opening the 'free' gift with my order as the packaging of the item left a lot to be desired. However, upon bringing this to the attention of 'Bdazzled' they have offered me a full refund or an alternative gift. I must confess to being impressed by this level of customer service.”

“The item I ordered was a replacement having lost the original one whilst on a surfing holiday this year. As this was a present from my partner and I had owned it for just under a decade, I was keen to replace it. Thomas Sabo informed me that they no longer made the item so I had to search further afield. Bedazzled were brilliant, delivered it in super quick time and even better, excepted PayPal. This made the order process simple and did not require me to fill out long winded pages of details. Grateful and very happy with the service. Definitely would use again. RECOMMENDED!!!”
