“Super fast delivery I've only given 4* as I think item was slightly damaged in packaging as it comes in a cloth bag which is then packed into a small gift box which slightly bent part of the charm”

“I have recently ordered from Bdazzled twice now, as I have started collecting Thomas Sabo charms. I rang the store with a query and found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. I was e mailed to tell me my item was on its way. Both of my orders have arrived very quickly and have been well packaged. Friendly professional service, would definitely buy again from Bdazzled - great!”

“Although I'm happy with my purchase which was two Alex and Ani bracelet's both came in same box. I've sent and email to explain that I purchased two as I was hoping to give them for Christmas presents and therefor could I have another box and haven't received a reply. I assumed as they were separate items that each came with a box.”

Apologies for not having a copy of the invoice, we sometimes send the invoice and returns form separate which may have gone missing during being posted by Royal Mail.

Sorry you weren't happy with the price, we generally beat our competitors online with prices but Alex and Ani have set prices and guidelines which we need to abide by. The bangle comes as pictured on the website, we refunded immediately after the item was returned. Kind Regards, Bdazzled Jewellers.
