“I purchased this watch on behalf of my friends . We have a friends 50th Birthday party this weekend and thought this would be a great present to remember her friends. She will love it, As she has mentioned it several times to us. The watch looks fantastic , looks expensive, looks much better in real life than on the internet. “Really impressed with the ease of ordering and service that followed. The item I ordered arrived well within the advised postal time frame. On receipt, the outer shell presentation box was ripped so as the item was for a gift, I rung up to request a new box was sent ( + log the rip in case of a later return). Immediately, the lady on the phone offered to send me a new box straight away without any fuss. Great service! Thank you.”
